Our server never gave us his name and baised on his attitude it was more than likely intentional. Had 4 different employees wait on us throughout our visit, which sounds nice but is not considering we had to constantly reask for drinks and never received more bread that we had requested 3 times. My wife wanted the chicken Alfredo with "crispy chicken" which is what I ordered her and instead got grilled chicken. When I asked our server about it I was told he would bring a bowl of the right chicken. I then proceeded to watch my wife pick through the wrong dish she was served trying to make the best of it. Dishes were picked up without asking if we were done with them including my utensils that I was actively using. To top it all off at the end when it was time to pay the bill, this server decided that we needed to pay for his mistake and rang up the bowl of crispy chicken on top of the grilled chicken Alfredo. When I told him that he had not even apologized for his mistake and was trying to get us to pay even more he argued and said he had apologized and that someone else was supposed to fix the bill. Talked to a manager who not only apologized, but refused to let us pay anything. We were given a gift card in hopes we would return however with the service we received I do not see that happening. To many other choices of restaurants to waste our time on bad service and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOur Valentineās Day experience at Olive Garden was the worst Iāve ever had. We expected a nice, classy dinner, but instead, it was a total disaster. The most bizarre part? They were making side salads out in the dining roomāsomething Iāve never seen at a restaurant like this. It completely ruined the atmosphere.
Service was painfully slow. Our original server was either overwhelmed or uninterested, to the point where we had to flag down another waiter just to get anything. We ended up being there for over three hours, which is absolutely ridiculous for a casual dining experience.
To make matters worse, when it came time to settle the bill, there were issues getting it corrected, dragging the ordeal out even longer. I finally had enough and told them I wanted to leave because I felt like we were being held hostage at this point. Only then did another manager come out and say they had taken care of the bill.
Also the portion sizes have changed, Even the salad seems different.
While I appreciate that they tried to make things right, the entire experience was so frustrating that it wasnāt worth it. This was supposed to be a special night for me, my wife, my daughter, and her boyfriend, but instead, it was a complete letdown. Iāve had better experiences at Olive Garden before, but after this, Iām in no...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe soup isnāt really āunlimitedā. Iād seen reels about how the servers here hate the people who order the unlimited soup and thought they were just being Karenās. Either thatās true or we got the worst server thatās ever worked for Olive Garden. She acted nice to our face but her actions wereā¦vindictive? Only 1/3 of our party had the unlimited soup and heās a hungry blue collared man who could easily put down 10-15 of these little half cups of soup they bring but said going in he was only getting 5 bowls max as to not be a bother. He ended up getting 3 bowls then the waitress pressured us into paying with us all still eating mid-meal. She said she was on her way back with his next bowl of soup but we waited 15 minutes and never saw her again. If she was busy I would have understood and wouldnāt be making this post but it was 2pm and she had just 2 tables that I could tell and I could literally see her standing just inside the kitchen scrolling on her phoneā¦I called the manager afterwards and barely got her description out before he was offering me a gift card..which makes me think this is a common occurrence at this particular location. Also over this
