(Summer 2023) This Olive Gardens kitchen is without a doubt the NASTIEST kitchen I’ve ever been in! I worked there ONE (1) day and saw a dishwasher bring in a plastic container he found in the trash outside and rewash it for use. I saw the prep-cook touch pasta while preparing ā€œto-go ordersā€ with no gloves on. There was trash everywhere, noodles flung all over the line. Cooks preparing food and using their cells without changing their gloves. Crusty, dirty prep tables and don’t get me started on the cooler and freezer. I saw something that looked like dog vomit under one of the cooler racks. I mean it’s just gross. I worked an entire shift and never saw anyone wash their hands, the sink was dirty and there were no soap or paper towels. Worse part is I Love Olive Garden, and this review is heartbreaking to write but seriously Beware. I’m surprised no one has gotten sick!

We ate in with a party of 3. We placed our order of drinks and food. We received our drinks my water had floating substances in it, my tea had zero ice due to being out of ice. We had to wait 15 minutes for ice. Our salad was wilted. We ordered steak and broccoli and got steak and Alfredo. When asked for the broccoli she said we did not specify we wanted gluten free meal even though we asked for stk and broccoli.Waitress brought broccoli that was not cooked and charged us for a side of broccoli because we didn't say gluten free. Then we noticed a waitress chewing food while taking someone's order. The kiosk sitting on our table was disgusting dirty.

Had the Lasagna Frittas as an appetizer, then the Chicken Marsala and the 6 oz sirloin as entrees. Everything was delicious. Can only recommend. The waiter was very fast paced and spoke so fast that it was hard to follow sometimes. The atmosphere is outdated and the booth was uncomfortable. But for the food I can look over that!

Our server never gave us his name and baised on his attitude it was more than likely intentional. Had 4 different employees wait on us throughout our visit, which sounds nice but is not considering we had to constantly reask for drinks and never received more bread that we had requested 3 times. My wife wanted the chicken Alfredo with "crispy chicken" which is what I ordered her and instead got grilled chicken. When I asked our server about it I was told he would bring a bowl of the right chicken. I then proceeded to watch my wife pick through the wrong dish she was served trying to make the best of it. Dishes were picked up without asking if we were done with them including my utensils that I was actively using. To top it all off at the end when it was time to pay the bill, this server decided that we needed to pay for his mistake and rang up the bowl of crispy chicken on top of the grilled chicken Alfredo. When I told him that he had not even apologized for his mistake and was trying to get us to pay even more he argued and said he had apologized and that someone else was supposed to fix the bill. Talked to a manager who not only apologized, but refused to let us pay anything. We were given a gift card in hopes we would return however with the service we received I do not see that happening. To many other choices of restaurants to waste our time on bad service and...

Our Valentine’s Day experience at Olive Garden was the worst I’ve ever had. We expected a nice, classy dinner, but instead, it was a total disaster. The most bizarre part? They were making side salads out in the dining room—something I’ve never seen at a restaurant like this. It completely ruined the atmosphere.

Service was painfully slow. Our original server was either overwhelmed or uninterested, to the point where we had to flag down another waiter just to get anything. We ended up being there for over three hours, which is absolutely ridiculous for a casual dining experience.

To make matters worse, when it came time to settle the bill, there were issues getting it corrected, dragging the ordeal out even longer. I finally had enough and told them I wanted to leave because I felt like we were being held hostage at this point. Only then did another manager come out and say they had taken care of the bill.

Also the portion sizes have changed, Even the salad seems different.

While I appreciate that they tried to make things right, the entire experience was so frustrating that it wasn’t worth it. This was supposed to be a special night for me, my wife, my daughter, and her boyfriend, but instead, it was a complete letdown. I’ve had better experiences at Olive Garden before, but after this, I’m in no...

The soup isn’t really ā€œunlimitedā€. I’d seen reels about how the servers here hate the people who order the unlimited soup and thought they were just being Karen’s. Either that’s true or we got the worst server that’s ever worked for Olive Garden. She acted nice to our face but her actions were…vindictive? Only 1/3 of our party had the unlimited soup and he’s a hungry blue collared man who could easily put down 10-15 of these little half cups of soup they bring but said going in he was only getting 5 bowls max as to not be a bother. He ended up getting 3 bowls then the waitress pressured us into paying with us all still eating mid-meal. She said she was on her way back with his next bowl of soup but we waited 15 minutes and never saw her again. If she was busy I would have understood and wouldn’t be making this post but it was 2pm and she had just 2 tables that I could tell and I could literally see her standing just inside the kitchen scrolling on her phone…I called the manager afterwards and barely got her description out before he was offering me a gift card..which makes me think this is a common occurrence at this particular location. Also over this
