Firehouse Subs Florence Mall — Restaurant in Florence

Placed order at 415, to be ready at 6. When I arrived at 6, the order was just being started. The food in my car from another restaurant was getting colder bc I wasn't able to pick it up and go as intended. The girl sloppily made all 3 sandwiches. 2/3 we're wrong. There were no special instructions or requests. Just basic, super simple sandwiches. Steven Hawkins probably could have made a faster sandwich, in his current state... If this was a one time thing, whatever. But it's not. These people are always, ALWAYS slow. They never have an overwhelming number of tickets on the board, but that doesn't seem to matter. If I ever become paralyzed, and brain dead, and can't do what I do for a living currently... I'll come over and make those sandwiches faster for...

I love the food here! I feel very welcomed when I walk in by all of the “welcome to firehouse” I hear. But when I ordered tonight I went up to the register and said “hello!” in a nice, high-pitched voice to be nice. The girl said “what do you want?” I tell her my order, she couldn’t hear me which I understand so I repeated what I thought she was asking what size I wanted. She said “no what do you want to eat?” And I was like “oh I’m sorry I want the so and so”. She was just very passive aggressive and never said thank you. I did not appreciate her service. I ordered 2 hook and ladder subs. They were made fast, correctly built, and exactly what I ordered with in minutes of walking in the door, even the really busy on a friday.

My husband loves Subway, it's cheap, he gets full and satisfied.

I love firehouse. I guess I have expensive tastes. Firehouse subs do something different than anything other sub sandwich place, they make magic in the kitchen or behind the counter as soon as you place your order.
