I received several coupons in the mail and decided to try it since I haven't had Subway in about 2 years. First they started by asking I drive to the window and they would try to get to me as soon as possible. There was one car in the parking lot, one customer in the store, and only me in the drive thru. When I pulled up, the order taker said. We can only honor 4 subs and we cannot do footlongs, or bogo. Also they said some of the coupons were not being recognized by the machine. I ordered my sandwich 6" only available with a coupon. I also ordered the footlong pretzel. The order taker did not offer chips, cookies, or a drink. I looked at my receipt and the order was wrong. A different person came to give me the order and I asked if it was Tuna because the receipt said "cold cut trio". The server said that was my order, and when I told her what I had ordered she looked away at someone( I guess to confirm with the order taker, I am unsure.)
She then proceeded to take out my separately bagged pretzel ( without the dip) and make the sandwich I ordered. While I was waiting though, someone else came to the window and said, "What's wrong?" I said the server is already correcting it. The 'new person' said, "I know, but I'm the manager, and I have to correct it in the system". She asked me to pull around so they could take care of the next 2 customers. The server brought my correct order out with the dip for my pretzel. She smiled warmly and apologized for the error. But, for me, the damage was already done.
The sandwich was okay. The total process took about 20 minutes. I will choose another location next time, and hopefully they are more accurate, efficient, and...

We asked for salt and pepper on our sandwiches like we always do but this time the same guy that was rude put so much salt on our sandwiches they're uneatable. My dogs wouldn't even eat them.
