I Used To Have Good Experience Going Here But I Went There On The 17th Of February ,2018 And I Had Placed My Order Online Through My New TacoBell App , Notified Them When I Arrived There So My Order Could Be Freshly Prepared , Well This Didn't Work So Well Because There Were 5 Vehicles Ahead Of Me Inline Placing Orders And I Verified My Order At The Speaker But When I Got To Window I Wasn't Handed My Order Promptly Instead I Was Waiting As If I Had Placed My Order At The Speaker ? I Had Already Told The Employee At The Pick Up Window That I Needed Diablo And Fire Sauces And Extra Napkins , She Handed Me My Drink And I Proceeded To Wait , Then After About 5 More Minutes An Employee Came From Kitchen With Big Bag Of Food And Told Me Total Was $18.00???? Something And I Replied Not My Order Thats The Vehicle Behind Me's Order , I Told Him I Had An Online Order Which Was Paid For Online (The Same Thing I Told The Girl At The Window When I Pulled Up And Asked For My Sauces ) He Looked And Saw My Order Had Been Sitting Next To Drive Thru Window All Along And Said Sorry And Handed Me My Order ! Well I Am Staying 2 Miles From That Location So I Go Home Unload Food And All Is Barely Warm And Poorly Prepared So I Ate Before They Were Any Colder Then I Called To Speak With The Manager About The Problem After A Few Minutes A Nice Lady Got On The Phone And Told Me She Was The General Manager I Asked Her Name (Kim) And Explained My Unhappiness With My Order She Replied Our Food Is Made Fresh And Should Be Hot !? So I Explained My Visit To Her TacoBell And Why They Weren't Hot ! Then I Asked Her What She Wanted To Do About It She Was Very Nice And Said They Would Replace My Order When I Come Back To Tell Any Employee What Happened And That She Oked The Replacement Order ! Well I Went Today February 21st , 2018 And Got My Replacement Order But Was Not Greeted With Open Arms So To Speak By The I Guess Assistant Manager On Duty , I Don't Know If That's Infact Who She Was She Had No Name Tag On Her Uniform And Did Not Introduce Herself??? But After She Managed To Get Off Her Cell Phone Call In Progress Then I Got Her To Understand What Was Going On And What I Needed And Showed Her My Online Order/Receipt From My TacoBell App ! She Didn't Look Pleased But Left The Counter And Went And Prepared My Replacement Order , Another Employee Brought Me The Bag And He Said Sorry , This Person In Some Sort Of Managerial Position Didn't Show Any Remorse Or Apologize About The Previous Visit But Instead Acted As It Was A Terrible Inconvenience To Do What Her Boss Mrs. Kim The General Manager Had Said To Be Done , Today's Food Was Good It Was Hot And The Taco Supremes And Chalupas We're Actually Full When Prepared ! I Purposely Didn't Review My First Visit Until I Could Give Them A Chance To Make It Right To Be Fair ! I Took Pictures Of My Order After I Got Home Today And I Will Post Them And A Screenshot Of My Receipt For My First Order On 2/17/18 ! I Normally Do Not Go Into Such Detail In A Review But I Felt Like This One Warranted It ! My Suggestion To Anyone Wanting TacoBell Is Drive A Few More Miles To The Woodward Ave. Muscle Shoals TacoBell And Get What You Pay For At Least For A Little While Until The General Manager At The Florence Blvd. TacoBell Has Time To Clean House And Retrain Some Responsible Replacements For The Few That Work There That Don't Care About Their Product Or Their Customers And In No Way Do I Mean Everyone I Know There Are Some Good Employees There But There Are A Few That Need Replaced , If She Had On A Name Tag Today Or Had Introduced Herself I Could Be More Descriptive ! I know because this is like the third time I've seen her working the window over a 6 month period and every time my order is usually at the window ready to go before i get there, plus its always correct!! Thats a big deal to me!!! Especially at Taco Bell where the lobby closes way before the drive thru does, so u can't go in and complain if your order is incorrect. When we arrived they were slammed with no parking spaces out near the road. The inside was extremely busy as well. They handled every order swiftly, correctly and went above and beyond their duties. One of the guys actually stepped from behind the counter to ensure an order was correct while they were making it. All around the dream team crew for being so efficient and friendly, definitely a dream team.
