I ordered a table with 6 chairs. I got a call the day my furniture was supposed to be picked up to tell me they ordered it incorrectly, they had only ordered a table and 5 and I needed to come back and pay more to get the 6th chair. I told them what I wanted up front and was given a price when I ordered it. After back and forth calls all day and the store manager insinuating I was the cause of her “getting railed”, they agreed to get me a 6th chair. No one called me to tell me it wouldn’t be ready for pickup. I drove all the way there in a borrowed truck. You’d think, since we had such an issue over the 6th chair that I was told was included in the price but really wasn’t, that someone would have had the sense to call me and tell me it wouldn’t be ready, but no. Yet another pain point. And then today I get the text asking for a review. And it says (laughable, truly) If it’s positive leave it online, if it’s not call directly? So you don’t want people up top to know how you dropped the ball? What an experience that I won’t be...

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE!! couch has a very weird smell, it’s rippling, cushions are saggy. Look up reviews in the actual manufacturer too before purchasing. Their reviews are horrible. The MANAGER doesn’t show up to come see the furniture, doesn’t return calls, corporate doesn’t call back either. Filing with BBB.

Update: received an email from Chris (not sure his job title) he tried to blame me saying I did not allow the manager to come to my home to see the furniture. Many attempts have been made for her to come and she either has an excuse or doesn’t show. This has been going on since November. Next step would be small claims court. We went to find a recliner for my husband. Made a purchase. The lady who helped push the bottom of the chair out to the stairs was not dressed properly for this. Her breasts were completely exposed as she leaned over the whole way out. So as much as we love the chair we will not be returning to purchase the living room set .
