I ordered a tall hot tea from this brand new location at 12:09pm, I didn’t get my hot tea with no modifications until 12:20. This was such a surprise that decided to apply for a job because they obviously need help. The register partner was new, but the other 4 partners lacked awareness and the manager never once made an appearance. The website to apply for a job was less functional than the store itself refusing to allow me to apply for at least an hour. At this point I’m having a wonderful time and I decided to ask about a paper application which does not exist. I was dismissed to the website again and told them I had already done that and they had no idea either. The partner, I’m guessing the shift on duty asks me to hold on a moment (only real customer service I got the whole time). A few minutes later a manager comes out and tells me the same thing in the same dismissive manner so I take out my phone and try and show him. He quickly requests my phone and starts doing what I was trying to do and is having the same result. So I ask, are you having the same luck? No he replies, then tells me he has no power and I should try again in a couple days. This is a perfect example of the level of service this beautiful store is providing this community. It fits right in with the McDonalds next door. This store should be slammed from open to close, but it has zero customer connection from my perspective in the 3 hours I’ve spent here and you can’t apply for a position so it will never meet its potential unless much more care is given. I ordered the easiest thing on the menu, was patient, called the company first, asked for help, and then was dismissed by the only person that could have helped. If you get a new manager, or need one that actually cares and takes pride in even the smallest things, fix your site and let me know and I’ll apply. You would think the hiring manager would be concerned, but I guess accountability has yet to be established. Had I been treated with the respect of an equal instead of being dismissed as just another Starbucks problem this review wouldn’t exist. Sorry to ruin your day, but you had no issue ruining mine so I’m not going to sweat it too much.
