Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florence

I've ordered from this location multiple different times now, each time hoping that the experience will be better than the last but I finally just give up. Just this past visit I ordered two tacos and a burrito via the app for carry out. Upon arrival I find a bag of food with no label indicating whose it was and the "seal" was haphazardly placed on only one side of the bag with the bag wide open. I inquire who it was for and of course it was mine but then had to ask for my cup so I could get my drink that was nowhere to be found. After looking into the wide open bag I find that the bag was not the only thing left wide open - all my food is barely wrapped (one taco wide open to the world) and meat/cheese/lettuce/tomato strewn about in the bag. This is a regular occurrence.

The service here is horrible, the people just don't care. Couple this with the heightened prices compared to other Taco Bells in the surrounding areas and this place is just best avoided. I'll give it two stars because at least the food didn't...

The worse taco bell ever. Employee is shouting out the door of the restaurant, Drive thru only , but no sign indicating this on the door of the entrance .We got our order, it was wrong too and the nacho chips were so salty you couldn't eat them. We asked about getting different chips and the girl at the drive thru said they come in the store like this. Employee said no help they are short handed. Manager is the issue here. One person in the drive thru ahead of us and you guys can't get a small order correct? Buc- ees's next door didn't seem to be Employee short. There are people who need a job that would love to work at this establish. Franchise owner you have a mess there. Business owner myself....

Let me tell you, I will NEVER be back to this location. My roommate placed a mobile order to this location and we arrived at around 7 to pick it up, the drive through was already down and the only entrance was locked. The employees saw us outside the door that clearly said they didn’t close the dining area until 20. They came out of the employee side entrance and asked what we wanted. We told them about our pick up order, and they said to go through the drive through. When we told them we’d already tried that, they went back inside. We went back through the drive through and as we were waiting by the window, they locked it and I could hear the employees laughing at us from inside. Currently on hold...
