Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Florida City

I was excited to take my kids to krispy kreme today 6/07/19 early am around 10:30/11 am, not only is the kids 1st day of no school but is national doughnut day! Well i came in and i asked about the free doughnut and the lady serving was very friendly no problems there. At check out how ever the older lady had an attitude. Maybe cuz people where getting free doughnuts but either way she should treat people with dignity and respect.. she said so are you getting drinks with your doughnuts? With a non friendly nasty attitude! I was going to get my kids drinks but she killed my excitement and i told my kids well drink elsewhere. Took my doughnuts and left. I don't normally have a bad day here but today the cashier must of had a bad day or just didnt want to work and that's unfortunate because workers like that loose customers with there unprofessional attitudes. Terrible. I drove 45 minutes to be here right when it opened to get hot, fresh donuts. They were supposed to open at 6. They saw us waiting at the door and ignored us until 6:05. Okay. Whatever. Then, every single person looked like they were absolutely miserable to be at work.

They ignored us at the counter for a little bit. Then asked what we wanted in a mood like we were bothering them.

I ordered 3-dozen hot, fresh donuts. The lady told me they don’t have hot, fresh donuts until 7am. All they had were cold ones. We were here ac few weeks ago and got hot, fresh donuts before 6:30am. I have to drop a critical review regarding their front door being busted on world kindness day, and as a walk-in customer, I had literally no way to determine whether or not this was a participating restaurant for the free dozen deal I got via E-mail. Not only is this a natural irritant, but also considered to be a fire hazard as once the employees leave the building, they have leisurely no way of getting back inside unless there is a "key bearing" manager on duty. It is imperative that there should be alterations to complete said deal if things go completely wrong, because it would be unfair on the behalf of pedestrian customers compared to drive-thru customers, and last I recalled legally, pedestrians can't order from...
