I usually place my order thru their website because no one answers the phone when I call and if they do they leave me on hold for a long time. I understand they are busy so when I place an order online and wait 30 minutes to go pick it up I usually expect for it to be ready. I have ordered a total of 3 times thru their own website including today and when my husband has arrived to pick up the order he is told they can't find the order. My husband shows them the confirmation email with confirmation number and they still can't locate it. He also will show them that we have been charged for it and they are skeptical and make him feel like he is lying. Ultimately they do end up making the order but I don't understand what system they use or what is going on but this is the last time we will be ordering from here. The women that work there are very rude and don't want to help. They give my husband a bad look the whole time they are preparing the food. We usually like how close it is to our home but we rather drive a little farther to the Pinecrest bakery on campbell drive then...

Sometimes theyâre somewhat quick when there are little people. Other times such as today there will be a small amount of people and theyâll leave you just standing there without even offering any service. Normally youâd want to get the costumer some service in a somewhat timely manner. Now i dont mind waiting a bit for an order I already placed through the phone but more than 20 minutes is outrageous. The food was actually already ready when i arrived but since no one would offer me any assistance i had to interrupt them and try to get some service myself just to get my food. I actually saw two people walk out since they were getting no service as well. Which is not a good sign for...
Read moreI iâm visiting Florida and was looking for cafe con leche like I used to get in Dominican neighborhoods in NY. This place is Puerto Rican, and the coffee was perfect. I ordered a ham and cheese empanada, and a pastelito de queso. I had no idea what to expect with the Pastelito, but it was probably the most delicious pastry Iâve ever had. It was mostly savory, but had a crunchy sugary glaze. The flaky pastry wasnât dry and the cheese in it was heaven. The ham and cheese empanada was also delicious. The next day I went back and got the same thing but with a beef empanada. That was a little dry, but usually I find that beef. Empanadas are a little dry. Overall, this place is so good I will be going back tomorrow for a third visit. I recommend it to anyone visiting...
