Though reluctant having to pawn our family's prize possessions w/embarrassment, I told myself, "it'll never resort to this"!! Things happen... I believe they read it on my face because the associate I was being addressed by (Joscelyn Huerta) began consoling me w/out prejudice stating that our possessions are still ours!! That they were in good hands (in the safe)...by that, my comfortability transmogrified back to it's original state prior to my family getting hit w/this adversity in a sudden... You; (Joscelyn), & the rest of the Naranja Trading Post family, are fantastic!! W/an eternal thanks, for treating my family & I humanely...

I’ve been to a lot of pawn shops and they normally move fast and try to get you out of there or low ball you if you’re bringing something in but not here. Joselyn helped me out and met more than my expectations. She didn’t rush me she answered all my questions in a polite matter, we even cracked a few jokes which made me feel comfortable instead of making me feel like I’m there just to pawn my item. I appreciate the warm welcoming as I walked in and the service she provided. I will return to this business and tell all my friends and family about it....

I really enjoy not only shopping at the Naranja Trading Post but when I need some extra cash at times this is the first place I go. why? the customer service is superb, Fabian helped me many times in the past and was always kind , courteous and honest as well as considerate and compassionate to the needs of the the customers. the store is clean and the staff makes you feel like every customer should feel and that is leaving the store with a smile and knowing that you were taken care of .thank you all so much and I will...
