Best people, best family business, best attitudes, best prices! They are always busy because the local competition usually charges two to three times as much for almost the same level of work. What they may lack in prophiciancy, they make up for in effort and standing behind their work. Update: I guess nothing stays the same forever. Sadly, I must report that years later, things aren't so rosey anymore at Acosta. Mr. Acosta has dutifully been trying to train his kids in the family business by letting them be "hands on" with the day to day running and operations of the business. The quality of the services has dropped like a rock.. while the prices have rocketed upwards! I still love and trust Papa Acosta...but I'm not sure his kids share the same sensibilities and knack for customer service and quality. Everytime I go there now, I feel like I better oversee their work. Otherwise, shoddy work will be even worse. In January, I purchased an aftermarket Android radio for my car, and by June, it went bad. I went back to Acosta, who promised me a replacement, telling me to return in two weeks. When I showed up, there was nothing ready. What followed was a string of excuses from the owner, asking me to come back every afternoon or every couple of days. This dragged on for months, finally ending in September when I decided to take my car to Noeâs Electronics.
At Noeâs, when the radio compartment was opened, the mess of cables was shocking (though it didnât affect the functionality, it looked unprofessional). Without saying a word, Noe carefully organized the cables, sectioned them off, and fixed the issue that Acosta couldnât.

Upon the owner finishing the 2 tints, I noticed that the driver window was cut incorrectly, and the upper right corner was left with a small space. I came back the next day (Fri) and he advised me to come back tomorrow (Sat). This was around 4 pm, they donât close until 6. He was sitting down when I arrived on Friday. I do not understand why he made me come back on Saturday, when he couldâve just done it Friday. Very bad customer service! Upon my arrival, made contact with the owner and its wife Iâm assuming.
