365 Cafe — Restaurant in Florida

I have been a regular at the other location at the Shops at Wiregrass. I highly recommend to go to the other location instead of this location at the Krate. I found the service to be rude and inpatient. The vibe is not so friendly and welcoming like the other location. From the moment we walked in it felt like we interrupted the staff from there own little party. I asked for hazelnut gelato and the man said in a high voice "where the heck is that." I pointed and he was like oh okay. I did not like the way they spoke to my mother. She is a loyal customer of the other location and was not happy with the service here. We will only be going to the Shops at Wiregrass location. The staff at this location needs to be retrained in customer service. This was disappointing as we had spoke so highly about 365 cafe to so many friends and family. But, will direct them to the other location...

I wanted this to be better, their Gelato and desserts looked amazing, but I wanted a panini. I got an ortlano (eggplant, tomato, zucchini) but asked them to add mozzarella cheese. I figured since it was a panini, it would be shredded and pressed/melted with the sandwich. But it was slices like in a caprese. So the cheese was cold while vegetables were warm. The vegetables themselves tasted good. But it just wasn't what I expected in a sandwich. There weren't a lot of vegetarian options, it was this or a caprese. Maybe other things here would be better. Staff was nice and the place was clean. It was also $16 for a sandwich, which is honestly way too much for what I got. My partner got a Gelato cone and said it was good - he got rum raisin and said it tasted like it...

Been here twice now and have gotten the nutella Belgian Waffle and tiramisu gelato. The prices are reasonable and both the waffle and gelato were fantastic and absolutely delicious. The serving size on the small gelato was really good. The girl was nice and filled the cup till it was overflowing, great to share with my friend or enjoy alone. The gelato was creamy and smooth and not too sweet, just perfect. The nutella Belgian Waffle was great too, crunchy on the surface and thick and fluffy inside. The people working were nice and the inside had a warm atmosphere and nice tables. I'll definitely be back again soon for more waffles and gelato, and maybe to try...
