Update: (original review is below.) My issue wasn't the wait. The wait is just something I mentioned. The food was the biggest issue for me. If this is how chopped cheese taste in NY then they need to stop making them. Not trying to be rude or mean but the food was underwhelming.

(Original review) Me and my husband make chopped cheese often. I hate to be mean but the one here is average. Nothing special about it. We waited about 25 minutes for it and it wasn't hot. Even if it was it wouldn't have made a difference. It was just underwhelming. Meat not seasoned to much. We also got the #9 I Believe. A chopped sandwich. I had their food tonight for opening night. It was also R&B night at KRATE so long waits were everywhere for food. This is a new business so they were basically thrown into all the craziness the FIRST DAY. People were impatient (we can be when we are hangry), but I think overall this will be a successful business.

We had the Cuban, Italian sandwich and Chopped Cheese. ALL OF THEM WERE SO GOOD. It tasted like home (up North) to me, so this was pure comfort food.

I came here and ordered a chopped cheese with my brother. We paid then I stepped out to go to another store while the food was being prepared. I came back and asked if my brother had taken the food. The cashier lied and said he got his order already and ate it. I called my brother and he didnt recieve the order. The cashier then tried to lie to me again about the food being taken already.
