I recently visited Arby's at Pensacola nine mile, and I must say that the staff at this particular location truly impressed me. Their exceptional service and dedication to customer satisfaction made my dining experience memorable.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The staff members were not only efficient but also displayed a remarkable level of professionalism. They seemed genuinely happy to be working there, which created a positive atmosphere for both customers and employees.
What stood out the most was their attentiveness to detail. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff managed to handle orders swiftly and accurately. They paid close attention to special requests and ensured that each order was prepared exactly as requested. This level of attention to detail is commendable and sets this Arby's location apart from others.
Moreover, the staff members were incredibly friendly and approachable. They took the time to engage in conversations with customers, making us feel valued and appreciated. Their enthusiasm for their work was contagious, and it made the dining experience all the more enjoyable.

Read moreI visited this location on March 2, 2025 at 1:30pm. The store is virtually empty. The young lady behind the counter is milling around, maybe waiting for food and just ignoring me when she should have been taking my order.
When she finally felt like taking my order, I ordered a French dip sandwich. A while later I saw my sandwich delivered to the bin. NOW she's too busy yapping with another employee in the back about going on break and trying to untie her apron to notice my sandwich, so my food is getting cold and I can't get her attention either.
The manager came in from outside, and as she walked past the bin I asked her if that's my sandwich in the bid. With a lot of attitude she snapped "I DON'T KNOW! I'm too busy" and walked off without checking! This is NO way to talk to customers. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. I've been to a LOT of fast food restaurants and nobody has EVER spoken to me in such a disrespectful tone.
The other employee finally notices the sandwich and starts getting the order together. The manager looks over and sees me shaking my head and says "WHAT?" I told her that "I don't know" isn't an answer and that she should have checked to see if that's my food and that she shouldn't be managing a restaurant. The manager needs to go, you can't fix somebody like this, and the other young lady needs proper training in priorities. You take the orders right away and you need to watch the bin like a hawk.
Such a disrespectful person has NO business in customer service and I'll never visit this sorry...
Read moreThe people there are very nice and courteous. I did have to repeat my order a few times, I asked for lettuce on my rb Jr, but they missed that. I'm sure it's because the speaker system is terrible (like when I worked at Arby's). I ordered an Angus 3chz and bacon. When I got my order I didn't check it, I drove straight home, they changed the sandwich. Now apparently it's on a different bun, withdifferent sauce, with no bacon. While everyone was polite, my problem is when I called to say I got the wrong sandwich, I was basically told they don't have the other sandwich anymore and that's there nothing they can do. Sorry, but you can say the picture changed, but I was staring at the menu when I ordered, it did not. What the manager should have done was offered to replace with something different, or what I would have preferred,make the sandwich the old way...
