Ordered 2 for 6 sandwich one fish and 1 roast beef and a large crinkle cut fries. Pulled up it was $9 and change. Paid by credit card and received my food. The order was not correct only one fish and fries employee said I had to pay $4 more for the roast beef I told him that both of the fish and roast beef were on the 2 for 6 menu he said since I already paid it would be another order. I said never mind I was hungry pulled out got fries out and they were at best luke warm and the fish was like they pulled out of refrigerator and put it in the bag. I keep hoping Arby's would fix the problems but sad to say I don't think they ever will. Lord knows that the register system they were using was the exact same one I used in the mid 80's. They kept saying they were trying to find a new one to handle the system they have. It was a peek at my youth. So happy they finally got the new system now if they could only find a new way to appease customers and get their food orders correct that would be a GIGANTIC STEP into customer service! In response to the owners reply about seeing me soon I seriously doubt it as I should have known to check order but they have you pay at drive thru so if there is a mistake you have to reorder and pay again with no refund on their original mistake in customers orders! Even Wendy's got their act together so maybe Arby's will also! Its one stretch to think this will happen as I sure love Beef n Cheddars with crinkle cut fries and Jamocha shakes. Please to the owners of the local Arby's get more involved in the store on 41 just north of Crystal Drive and bring the Great Reputation and Great Sandwiches back...
Read moreI went to the Arby's on Cleveland Avenue near Crystal St. on the west side of the street. The dining area, floors, drink station and order area were clean and inviting. I was welcomed in with a smile and a shout out welcome to Arby's by the staff. I wanted a fish sandwich, which is quite tasty, but it being a week before Easter they had already sold out of the fish. That didn't deter me as I knew there were a lot more great sandwiches to choose for lunch. It was between the Gyro (sooo yummy) and a Reuben. I opted for the Reuben and I wasn't disappointed! The one thing I love about Arby's is that they toast the bread! Nothing better than a hot sandwich on a warm bun or bread! They also have Hawaiian Sweet buns which are my favorite type of sandwich bun. Their curly fries are the BOMB! Tasty 🌶️ with a seasoned salt that complemented the Reuben very well. They also had my favorite snack - jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese, cooked to perfection and served with a Bronco Berry dipping sauce which was sweet making it a perfect match for those poppers!! I was also impressed with how quickly the kitchen sent out my food. Next time it's Gyro time! I could tell you more, but just come down to this well run place and order anything, oh, the Brown Sugar Bacon BLT or switch out for the Roast Beef with that bacon which is also great! Just tell the cashier you saw this review and had to come in for yourself. You won't be...
Read moreUsually love this place. Tonight there was a short chunky blonde middle age lady that took my order and greeted me at the window and I can hear her attitude through the speaker and see it and received it at the window. I was polite in ordering and even said thank you to her before I pulled up to the window. I paid for my half pound roast beef and was waiting when after while she closed the window and then another worker came over and asked me to pull forward. I waited for several minutes as two other cars behind me got their orders and drove off before that same gentleman at the window finally came out and delivered my sandwich without a word and handed it to me in the window and turned around and walked off. First of all I am a paying customer and did nothing to receive this kind of treatment. They were outright rude and unfriendly. This is not the way you handle customers or conduct business if you want to succeed and have repeat customers. I hope this gets back to that lady and that she gets a "talking to"....
