Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

To be honest haven't had a chance to try the food was hoping to.went in the restaurant to first ask the manager a simple question about one of the app coupons.that was a huge mistake she about not my head off told me iam just going to have to wait that she was in the middle of something.i understanding people get busy rember not what you say but how you say it. Finally just gave up told her never mind said I was going to leave go next door and eat her response have a great meal. Also told her I was going to call corporate she made another comment under her breath o just left. Tried calling custome service guess rude people must be something you have to be to work at arbeys.didnt even care to finish my call hung up basically on me.called s third time they finished taking my problem said everything would be handled and going to mail me out a make it right card for a free meal.arbeys please don't make promises your not going to keep they said card mailed out September 2 from Atlanta unless there walking it her guess that was misleading.if you go hopefully you have a better experience than I did I love arbey been eating there my whole life till now what happened to you no more customer service customer didn't matter.not saying all...

Worst experience ever in over 40 years of going to Arby’s! Visited July 2, around 5pm. Ordered 5 sandwiches and fries, and asked for sauces to go with them. Was told they were out of packets, but I could have a couple of little cups to use if I pumped my own from the dispensers. I asked for a few more cups, and was told by the young Caucasian lady with the pink hair that I didn’t need any more! Yes, she really said that! THIS IS NOT A JOKE!!! I told her I ordered 5 sandwiches and needed more. She told me that if she gave me any more, there wouldn’t be any left for anyone else. I was amazed at the treatment! I felt like Oliver Twist asking for more soup! This was the first time I was ever told I couldn’t have sauce at any Arby’s, EVER!!! Where was the manager? Why was I being refused more sauce? If the restaurant was running out of sauce, was it my fault? If they didn’t have enough sauce, who was getting more? Why wasn’t there a sign in the window telling customers there wasn’t any Arby’s sauce? If there was, I wouldn’t have bothered going in and spending any of my hard...

This Arby's is in St. Augustine. It was around 12:30 pm and very busy. Long line at the drive thru. I ordered the fish they've been advertising and a roast beef sandwich. When i got to the window it was clear they were understaffed, badly.

I asked for napkins and a fork thinking the fish would be like the advertisement.

I also ordered a strawberry lemonade. 🍓 As i was in my car driving, I pulled out the sandwich first. It tasted like fish. I sipped the lemonade, tasted nothing strawberry about it. Had a strong lemon flavor and the pink stuff at the bottom just tasted sweet-ish.

It did not taste good and my hand felt sticky from touching the cup. I looked for the napkins but there weren't any. I found a french fry like container, that had 3 fish sticks In it. They didn't, taste good, they were a bit greasy.

I was disgusted with everything. I used to like Arby's but as i tried to get the sticky stuff off my hand, i thought..." I haven't been to Arby's in awhile. Don't think ill be going again...
