Just came in to have my order remade because I was given old food which I ordered ahead on the app for my lunch break. I assume they had made it once they saw the order which was for later. Got there at the exact time of the order and they gave me cold food. The fries were crunchy like they were old and over fried and my sandwich was ice cold. I come in and they had me waiting for quite awhile in the lobby, hadn’t even gotten to look for my name. When she finally looked in the books she said I was no where on there and completely wasted my time and I showed her my order on the app as well and she said “there’s nothing I can do without you being on the book” and she walked away from me and acted like I was a criminal. No professionalism and can’t even look at you when you’re talking. They left the drive-thru window open while they were being derogatory about a customer that came through prior to me. It's fine to have fun and joke around at work but not while being derogatory about one person in front of another especially a customer. The curly fries with cold and I got the tail end of the beef which after being a manager at Arby's in the past, I don't like the scraps! I ordered unsweet tea he takes the order then says ma'am we don't have any sweet tea. I said I ordered unsweet tea well we don't have any tea for the night. They were out of cheese sticks. I am not a soda drinker but if I would have ordered a bottled water I would have been up charged for it even though it's not my fault that they were out of tea.
