Went 2 Arby's to enjoy their two bacon beef and Cheddar's for $6 came into the restaurant there was only two people sitting in the restaurant eating. 4 people behind the counter. Stood there for quite some time long enough for one of the people to go to the bathroom come back out refill their drink and sit back down did not receive a welcome to Arby's we will be with you my moment. Stub the person behind the counter by the cashier was too busy restocking and then trying to figure out a order. Not one time did she look at me or acknowledge me. She knew I was there I had made some rustling noises and my shoes had squeaked across the floor. She then turned looked at me and walked over towards the frame maker were there was three other people working and the station of the drive-thru Safari maker and the receiving of the food counter. All four people continue to ignore me I stood there for probably a good 2 minutes. As they tried to figure out an order. One of the ladies said to the other one can you please help that customer. The lady said yes I see him and continue to go about her business not knowing how to read the screen to fill the order it appeared. Then the lady that was serving drive-through walk by me three times not one time did she ask if I need to help or would be right with me. The person that asked the lady that was behind the counter by the cash register looked at me absolutely nothing. I said hello can I please order something. They said nothing as he looked at me. And then turned and looked at the screen with the orders on it again. So in a very loud voice I said excuse me but I am leaving now I have been here for several moments waiting to place an order but I guess you guys are too busy to help me. Every one of them said goodbye to me. My reply to them that it was funny they only had two customers in their dining area and the Third customer was leaving because they did not feel it was necessary to take his order. Read more6/8/18 UPDATE:the store manager called about my concern and both my husband I listened to VM and we're 99% sure it's the same guy. Suffice to say we didn't call back. This is their management??? no thanks!!!
My husband and I were in the drive thru ordering lunch n he orders my salad and stumbles over the word balsamic a couple times. The woman on the intercom says it for him, he says thank u, goes to proceed with the rest of the order when a guy comes on the intercom laughing n says u want to try that again, then starts saying it slowly making fun of him. What?!?!? The audacity! For one I'm 100% confident that my successful husband is smarter than a moron working fast food for minimum wage regardless of him stumbling over a word. And two, in what world would it be okay to ridicule someone at ur business? In this day and age? I wish I had it recorded, I'd put it on YouTube. If u are the loved one of someone with an imparement I would recommend never taking them here, there is a possibility that they will be openly harrassed. We just pulled out of line n went to the diner next door n had a great time. No Arby's for me ever...

Not properly staffed Rude staff Save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else.
I placed a mobile order. I arrived on time. My order was not ready. I waited for 10 minutes patiently despite being on my lunch break and loosing over half my time already. Finally after 15 mins of waiting I was rudely told I would not get my drink because the machine was down. But I still didn't get my food. Finally my food was placed for pickup after asking about a refund since I've been waiting and waiting and lost almost my whole break time that I had to eat but I was told by the employee that it "wasn't her problem". I did grab the food and leave without the drink I paid for. I tried to quickly eat at least the fries before getting back to work since I just wasted the ENTIRE break waiting for food that should have been ready, but alas... the fries were cooked in old oil and did not taste good at all.
