Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

I have to say alot and I'll try and make it as short as possible. I have lived near this Arby's for 3 years now, and my family enjoys Arby's. We have visited this said Arby's in just the past 3 years only not including the 3 visits now within 1 mo. My family has only been to this Arby's in the past 3 years about maybe 5 times total. In past month 3 times!!! Why you ask! Great question see there is a new staff there that actually cars about their job, their quality and their customers! Wow finally an establishment let anyone fast food that actually cares about their job??!!!! It can't be! Well I was coming home from work, I've been up since 4:30 this am and starving, I want to go to sleep, and I drove past Arby's. Went up alittle further and busted a u turn at my turn and went back to grab a snack. The sweet tea amazing! The Buffalo chicken slider was soooo hot I actually said ouch and then wow!!! It was amazing! Honestly, the chicken was tender, tasted like real chicken and the hot sauce spared no expense, and don't get me started on the roll! If you have to or want to grab something quick, good, hot,what you asked for, and amazing customer service then visit...

They had a special running 2 for $6 on the chicken sandwiches we ordered it with one large fry we were in a hurry so we grabbed our food and we left when I got in the car and we got down the street probably about a mile I looked at my receipt we were charged $10.11 for two sandwiches I turned around because the fries were cold and they were all confused when we came back to tell them about it I also am allergic to seeds this particular sandwich had a bun with seeds I asked them could they give me a different bun or could they give me another bottom bun they were confused everybody at the front counter and the ones making the sandwiches in the back it was crazy for 20 minutes I kept asking for the same thing and I also asked for my special that was being advertised outside the chicken sandwiches two for $6 he walked around not understanding what I was telling him my order or one large fry and two chicken sandwiches came to $15.99 that was wrong they finally figured it out and they gave me back $4 and some change wow and they were all young people management needs to do better when hiring train them a little bit better I will not go back to that...

The gyro was the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever attempted to eat from here! I should’ve went in and got my money back but it was an online order and I’m not the one to make a scene when someone else causes one! So I let it go but how can the management even serve something so nasty that looks nothing like the pics ! The meat didn’t even look appetizing, the portion was less than half the ratio of the pita which is a scam and the cook heated it with the tomatoes and lettuce causing a soggy mess! How incompetent can you be! I hope corporate takes note of this! This is exactly why arbys is going down hill! Also why are the curly fries just crumbs now of just seasoned fry pieces! It’s as if they just drop the bags on the floor on purpose like people do bags of ice to break it up! Then their large strawberry lemonade is a rip off as it’s the size of a medium! If price is an issue charge more and give customers a real large drink like Wendy’s does instead of ripping people off!
