When I make a complaint about something that cost me more money than I should pay I don't want a answer from some online robot. I want to response from a real human being that understands what we go through when we come to your restaurant to eat. I went to Arby's tonight. I ordered online when I got there they didn't have my order so the girl told me to pull up and they would refix my order I let her know that I would like fresh hot curly fries. My total order was over $15. Well the lazy girl I guess found my order and put it all together. I reached in and got a piece of fry and it was hard cold and about 3 days old I had to beat my horn to get their attention I handed the fries back to a different girl and told her that I had asked for fresh hot fries she told me she could not take the fries back so I dumped them outside my window at the drive-thru I kept the container. The next thing I know this man named Dylan actually a boy came to the window and told me that he would have to ask me to leave because I had littered in their parking lot. I explained that I dumped food which they have feral cats around there that would eat the food and he still refused to give me my fries so I told him that I would sit there until I got them. Somebody pulled in behind me to get an order and the manager took the order around me to the car behind me and gave it to them. I called Arby's customer service they wanted to know the store number I told him what happened and that I had only dumped the food out and ask for a refund they said they would turn it over to the district manager that I should not have been treated that way. So I went ahead and left them because I'm getting my money back. I will not go back to that...
Read moreThis location needs to get their act together! When Arby's came out with their Wagyu Burger, I had to give it a try. I ordered the Wagyu Burger w/Bacon. No bacon on the sandwich. When I went to the counter, instead of replacing the burger with a fresh burger with the proper trimmings, I was given two strips of bacon to place on top of the now cold burger. When you spend $8.00+ for their burger, I expected more. To add insult, the time to get my order was probably delayed by the front counter personnel texting on their phones, while another was eating fries behind the counter in view of customer's waiting for their food. Fast forward to last night. The dining room was packed of customer's waiting for their food. The drive thru line was backed up. The customer ahead of me had requested a receipt from the cashier, she couldn't offer one since the printer was out of paper, you would think that she would have the initiative to replace the empty roll of paper with a fresh roll, but she said to the customer that she would have to contact a manager for the receipt. Once he placed his order, I stood at the counter for nearly 15 minutes waiting to place my order. No recognition from any staff member, not a "I'll be with you in a moment", nothing! As the lines of customer's were waiting for their orders, and me still waiting at the counter to be recognized, I see a staff member take a tray of food and a drink and say, "I'm going on my break." Unbelievable! Several others that were in line to place their orders literally said "the Hell with it" and left the restaurant without the ability to place...
Read moreMy family loves Arby's. My daughter chose Arby's to have her birthday supper at. There was no guests in the restaurant at the time. The drive-thru line was long. The girl behind the counter could not assist me with any knowledge of allergens after being asked multiple times. I also asked her to remove one sandwich and replace it with a different sandwich but I was charged for both. I asked an additional employee who pulled out the nutrition guide. Indicating that wheat would be in the products I was looking for. This girl didn't know that she existed. This is a lack of training issue. The entire time this was happening, the onshift manager was ignoring what was going on in the counter, hearing full well that someone with food allergies was asking questions. Three items on our order we're missing and my allergen choice was served to me in a bag and they told me they had to charge me for a plastic bowl and when I told them I will pay for the plastic bowl, they didn't even try to grab one. The whole team did not care about any experience. I will not be returning to this store again. There was more but allergen concern is a very important part of the restaurant industry. I am a full service restaurant manager. I would be appalled if anyone on my team treated any guest the way I was treated. I will go to the location that does not charge me for a plastic bowl, that is concerned about experience and has a...
