Menu, food preparation, quantity, quality are all 5 star. The problem I've been having on a continuous basis is service. I usually use drive-thru, even before covid. Then take it home to eat. The time before last, I ordered a Greek gyro for myself & chicken tenders for my doggie, which she loves. When home, I pulled the tenders out, but instead of Greek gyro there was some weird unappealing sandwich on a bun. SO...I wound up cooking supper after all. Tonight.... weeks later, I ordered - again - the Greek gyro (which I actually got ... yay!!), but I had to wait a short while for it. Someone finally brought the food, but I noticed he forgot my senior drink. This turned out to be an even longer wait. I had a 15 minute drive home, so, after about 10 minutes, I assumed my gyro wasn't going to be fit to eat if I didn't go get the drink myself. On theway to the drive-thru, I passed a lady in another vehicle who hung partly out the window, complaining about the service & how long it seemed to always take there to get it right. I finally got my drink & just as expected, due to the wait, it was not the delicious Greek gyŕo supper I had anticipated... and the icing on the cake was that the chicken tenders cost $2.00 each since there were only 4, instead of $1.60 each, had there been 5 of them as listed on the menu & which I paid $7.99 for. Read moreI had my ordered messed up on Friday and a manager name Rodger did he would replace it and even throw in a drink and a side and I called today Thursday and spoke with a manager named Tiffany and I asked if my name was on the list for my replacement order and she hung up on me twice and when I called back, it would just ring and no one would pick up. This was at 10am in the morning on Jan 30, 2025. How disrespectful can a person be to hang up on a customer asking about my replacement order? I’m never going bald to this store again. Not sure why people now a days in 2025 have to be so rude and disrespectful and nasty and hang up on customers just trying to get their replacement order. This is what’s wrong now a days with businesses and restaurants in general, no one owns up to what they do and they get away with every wrong thing they do and management staff is just as bad and it starts with management and if they are disrespectful and rude, employees will follow that and will also be the same as their managers. You lost my business and all my coworkers and friends and family will no longer go...

6-1-2022 @ 530pm: I had to try the Wagyu deluxe burger! I had a large order; the Wagyu deluxe large meal; a 5-piece chicken nugget meal; a Mac & cheese; and two cherry turnovers. Drive through was fast and had my order co pelted in just a few minutes. I gotta say the young lady (receipt said Prinessivey) was excellent in double checking the order before handing it out the window to me. She should training others or in management. Food: the new Wagyu burger ($10) is okay… does it knock off Wendy’s double, a whopper, or quarter pounder? I’m saying no because it’s not unique. Meat was not as tasty as I would have guess. It’s good but, would I order it next time?.. no. I’d rather have one of the other Arbys sandwiches which are great! Curly fries were good; cherry turnovers were good (once warmed up at home). My wife said her chicken nuggets appear to have been setting a while (tough). Plenty of condiments… just as I asked for. If I had to eat one place for the rest of the year; it would most likely be Arbys. 5-star service....
