Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

I don't know if you can see this but there is a hair wrapped around this curly fry I went up there before I had to go to work and spend my last $20 I had on a lunch that I was grossed out by and ended up throwing it in the garbage I had to go to work and I could not go back. When I got there I asked the guy if he could make new fries because I hate the curly fries when they're nuke warm they don't taste good I told him I'd wait till 5 minutes or the 10 minutes for a new batch he told me they just came up and they were hot they were not they were nuke warm like they've been sitting there for a minute. They were not hot. I like that they just came out. I leave my fries in the bag because it keeps them warm I pull them out one at a time when I am eating them like most people do and I pull one out go to stick it in my mouth and something tickles my mouth I pull it out of my mouth and look at it and there's a freaking hair wrapped around it. I could not tell you how bad that grossed me out. I do not live or work close to Arby's so I have to drive a good bit to get there just to come there to get food and leave and hope I make it to work because that area has no turnarounds you have to go to a light to turn around because of the road work it's very inconvenient. If I would have known that I was going to get a hair in my food and it disgusts me to the point I didn't want to eat my sandwich cuz God knows what's on that because if they're not protecting their food from the hair from their head to get on the fries I don't want to know what they're doing in the back of the kitchen where no one can see them if they have a hairnet on or not. It was about 6 months the last time I went there. I didn't get to eat it very often, and now I will not be back probably ever. The last place I got a hair in my food I never have been back and that was years ago I'm not going to name the restaurant butt this is how you lose...

My family and I went to the Arby's on 98 in gulf breeze Florida and my order was messed up and the au jus sauce was pouring out of the bag and the food was not edible at that time now yes I'm sure we could have gone back in but the service was so bad we didn't even want to get food from there because of how disrespectful the service was. I would leave zero stars if possible this place should be closed down do not waste your money going here. I am in customer service and that is the main reason why I am taking the time to write this management needs to give some serious attention here and make sure this team goes through some training because as far as brand standards for this Arby's location is seriously at risk and needs a little more attention because you have just lost a customer. I probably will never here from them back either because they probably don't care if they allow that type of customer experience to happen. Sad and disappointing - Don't waste...

Went to Arbys today and ordered a number 6 and an extra beef and cheddar.They didn't ask me what I want to drink at any point. I got my food after paying to find out it was just two sandwiches. Normally a little mistake would not bother me however, I went inside and told the man I ordered a number 6 and he said yeah that's just the sandwich and I told the man If I wanted just a sandwich I would've said a beef and cheddar not a number 6. Every other time In order a number on the menu it is a combo. Pretty much all fast food places are. This man continued to argue with me that a number 6 is just a sandwich. I finally got my fries and left. Didn't even want to bother with the drink I was so upset. I will be avoiding Arbys in Tiger Point until it has better staff in the...
