Bagel Break — Restaurant in Florida

Want to hear something gross !!!! The last two times I've been in there the last time the girl put gloves on her hands and then she helped herself over to the counter touching the counter and then she proceeded to put her hands in the potato salad and put it into the cup like gross me out. Very unprofessional and not good. Well crazy! Me ain't it anyway because I paid for it and I was hungry so the second time I asked them can you use a spoon? Well did the dark haired little girl back there have serious attitude and the other girl they were looking at each other because I asked them to use a spoon, the dish my potato salad out and put it in the cup instead of using their gloves that they touch everything with. I mean I sat there and watch them. How gross is that? You know food may be good. Everything may taste good but you have to wonder how it's fixed. You know I didn't die from the other but the point is use a spoon. Be professional. Come on really that's gross. The manager really should do something about that. That's just uncouth and it's just not nice to be rude to the person because they want you to use a dang spoon. So she opened up all these cups and she put it into a two cupper thing so she'd probably is thinking well. We all used her hands and shoved them in these little cups with no gloves on. Probably it's just the vindictive look that she had on her face. Very unprofessional. Very scary to go there and eat again. Don't think I'll be going ever back there again and I don't recommend...

I physically went here and ordered 4 Bacon Egg Cheese Croissants with extra egg and extra bacon and loaded home fries to go. I assumed everything would be good when I left but when I got home after driving 10 minutes back and opened my bag with the sandwiches, one of the sandwiches had no eggs at all and the other 3 only had a single egg after paying full price for everything. I have tried calling the number repeatedly since I got home but no one ever answers the phone and now I am physically going to be going back to ask for a refund. Totally ridiculous to be charged $7.50 plus tax for something not provided and a totally unresponsive phone number, busy or not there are enough employees there where one could spare a minute to answer the phone.

UPDATE: after wasting time and gas to go back I was offered a refund over the amount of extra paid for the sandwiches and the one without any egg was remade. I would have preferred to have just done this over the phone but...

Are you kidding me. Going to bagel break felt like going my favorite Brooklyn bagel shop in Brooklyn!! Good gosh south Florida has a place for real NY Bagels and they know how to make them! There is no aroma quite like a bagel shop and I swear I can tell by the smell how they made them and if there going to be good or bad. Well Bagel Bake’s bagels are off the wall great! Oh and they know how to prepare homefries!!! Don’t get me started on South Florida trying to make homefries their homefries people not potato’s or hash browns and your suppose to burn them some and bagel break gets it!

Thanks Bagel Break for today’s outstanding breakfast! Oh and they know how to wear a mask, and get what curbside is!!! Bagel break just understands how to operate and treat its customers. I will continue driving 12.3 miles for my bagels here even though I have. Bagel place 1.4 miles...
