I'm going to try to start off with the positives because I want to start on the right foot. Our waitstaff was lovely, she was on point and made sure we always had drinks and anything else we needed in a timely manner, and did excellently at making us feel very comfortable. The fries pickles were extraordinary, they came out so hot, I almost couldn't eat them when they come out and they were delicious. Not only this but they came out very quickly. Our problems start when we get to the main meal. I ordered a 6pc wing, and got a 12pc because of the deal they had going on that night. I got Salt & Vinegar for 6 wings and Both lemon peppers (sauce + dry rub) for 6, and I can't describe how disappointed I was. The dry rub itself for the salt and vinegar is delicious, but almost none of it clings to the wings so they don't hold the taste, and the wings were beyond dry, and could only get through 2 before I stopped bothering to try. They were tough and chewy from being overcooked. I think the salt and vinegar rub would work well on their potato wedges however, which were fairly good. The lemon pepper wings were saved only by the lemon pepper sauce, otherwise they would have been equally dry and disappointing. My partner got the tacos, and regular french fries. The tacos were okay from his perspective, (he grew up in AZ, so I trust his taste on tacos!) But he fries were beyond horrendous. They looked like somebody had microwaved old McDonald's fries, and they were cold when the rest of our food was hot, which was a bit disappointing but livable. The main problem I had was trying to package our leftovers. We put our potato's into a box, and upon inspecting our container, I pulled out what I can only call very simply call a fried, breaded clump of feathers. It was in our potato's, which seems strange of all things (if it was with the chicken I would have been a bit icked out but understanding) and leads to concerns about cross contamination. This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings and I'm disappointed to say that I will likely not be returning...
Read moreSo I decided to try all the notable wing joints in my area and I regret this one if you like corporate shitshows you found your Mecca. Let me begin with how hungry I was a day of fishing in the sun followed by a workout hungry. I saunter in and decide I wanna get me sum wings boi was I wrong to assume they could get me all my food at once I orders 100 wings cause it's what I been doing on my tour de wings of my area of verying sauces to test their kitchen and a sweet tea (it's important).I recieve my tea and proceeded to down it like a fish would water this would be proceeded by me warning the server I drink A LOT like 6 glasses b4 I order food me likeie da tea. As I sat there awaiting my server who I could see standing at in the order entry corner doing f-all we lock eyes and she brings me a pitcher of the most rancid tea I've ever had in a restaurant and the first glass was ok so where she got that tea from only the lord knows but I digress as I'm awaiting my parade of wings one little platter of 10(Thai curry I think ) arrives but where's his friends I look at my server longingly to receive a "their working on the rest be a moment" a moment was 45mins fir the last 10 piece (teriyaki) to arrive they brought me a 10 piece out 1 every 5ish minutes at a time it was dead like there was 2 other 3 top tables in the whole place just me and my mate . I'm sorry if I'm wrong for assuming when I order food I expect it all to arrive around the same time and be hot (temperate wise) apon arrival to the table no? Digressing the experience was atrocious ,the customer service appalling , and the establishment gets an F-. I won't be returning oh and why do you only have hot or sweet wings where's the savory or combo like a coconut haberno sweet heat flavor at y'all lacking hard...
Read moreThe food was alright even though the order was wrong but the service was bad. The waitress took our drink order brought us our drinks and never came back to refill our cups until after the food was on the table about 35 minutes later. Then when food arrived, all the people at my tables orders were messed up. We told the waitress and she said well do you guys want to swap plates with each other or I can take your wings back and have them re make you some more. We already waited like 35-40 minutes for our first order of wings to arrive. We weren't gonna wait another 40 minutes for the right order. So she just said well I apologize. My mom can't eat spicy food that's why she got plain wings and she bit into the wing and it was original buffalo flavor which really put her in pain. I feel like as a waitress she should have checked the order before just bringing it out to us to make sure it was ok. Not only did she make herself look bad but she made the cook and the establishment have a bad taste in our mouth as well. It's sad because we love buffalo wild wings and the night we went it wasn't busy at all. I tried to look for a reason and say well maybe they were slammed but nobody was in there and I didn't see nobody coming in for to go orders neither just 2 people came for to Gos. Hopefully things change at this location. I'll give it enough time before I attempt to come back and hopefully edit this review...
