Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Florida

Worst experience EVER! The employees are undertrained and clueless at what they are doing. Seriously, Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts was my very first job and they made it so much harder than it was. When I first walked in there was a nice family ordering ahead of me then a line formed after me. Problem one.... Nobody knew where the line began and none of the employees knew hope to do the customers to start a line. Then even though I was the next in line I was completely skipped over. When the young lady asked me what I wanted she just blinked at me like a deer in headlights and walked away proceeding to take the next person's order. Then when I got to the register the same young girl proceeded to take my order. Finally I asked her for a receipt which she wanted to argue with me saying she already gave me one. Which she did, only thing was it was the wrong receipt. It was somebody else's receipt. So again RUDE! When all was said and done I was the last one in the restaurant waiting for my order. Because nobody knew what it was, so I ended up repeating my order to the lady making the ice creams and when I told me order she walked away saying "I don't make coffee drinks!" I finally got my order and got the ** out of there. What should have been be a quick stop for ice cream ended up being a 45 min. Of bad customer service. Worst...

The site online says it opens at 4a but when I got there on Saturday 10/9/2021 after 5a they claimed they just opened at 5a. When I pulled into the drive thru noone greeted me, I waited for 5 to 7 mins for no answer. I then called the store and when I asked if they were open and stated I was in the drive thru waiting-- the lady hung up on me abruptly and rudely. I pulled to the window and asked her what was going on, she was very rude to me and told me they had nothing ready, that they had  just arrived. I wanted ice cream after a long hard day at work and this is one of the only places open that time of day. She told me ice cream wasn't even ready, I did not believe her lack of truthfulness and sincerity. If there is a chance I will be treated that same way I won't be going there again. It is worth mentioning the employees were not wearing masks inside while working, and that I was not the only customer waiting who was neglected (Before and after me, lost business and future business), if this problem has...

It didn't surprise me that this location had bad reviews because my experience was definitely similar. This BR location is intermingled with Dunkin Donuts and they had a drive-thru but we wanted to experience sitting inside like the old days and enjoy our ice-cream but maybe we were better off with the drive-thru. When we entered, there were at least 4-5 employees working behind the counter but only one was helping the customers so there was already a wait to get ice-cream. Their ice-cream selection is VERY limited and I was surprised that they didn't have Cookies and Cream. That was a huge disappointment on my end. I wanted to sample the chocolate but the lady ended up just giving it to me on a cone so if it was good or not, I had to no choice and thankfully it was delish. I also ordered a donut and that was good but the customer service was lacking and I mean I wasn't expecting 5 star service but at least, some basic customer service. Definitely not returning to...
