Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Florida

If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! To start off I guess if you get there on a Monday at 8:22 then you’re not welcome . We waited till 8:35 to have a girl come up . She not only wasn’t paying attention to where my wife and I both repeated ourselves multiple times . But after finally receiving our drinks at 8:45 , she had to go back and remake the drink because she brought out the wrong one . That wasn’t to bad , the appetizer was great . She took the order of the food and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. She still Brings out a lot of mistakes and blames the cook , my husband asked for wings tossed in two sauces together , the wings came out two flavors . He also ordered the fries with it and those weren’t on his plate. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and I received a wrap , I told her the issue and here comes my sandwich I always order at beefs and it was made completely wrong . I have had the same menu item at 5 different beefs and I have never had it with shredded lettuce . The buffalo sandwich comes with blue cheese and pickles . We ended up taking a few bites and ordering the bill . The waitress comes after we see her laughing and playing with the other younger females on duty and the bill was wrong once again another issue. At the beginning of the night I showed her the appetizer coupon and she didn’t remember to take it off . What it looks like to me is they were in a hurry to close , she obviously didn’t care about the customers and she didn’t want a tip. She goes to this girl at the bar for approval . I guess the blonde girl behind the bar was in charge .. She was to busy serving her friends alcohol leaning on the counter hanging out . The table behind me actually said that this was the worst experience they have had . Which made me realize we were not the only ones . If this was my first time to beefs , I WOULD NEVER GO BACK . The girl said they don’t serve curly fries either . I’ve never been to a beefs without curly fries . Worst service , food and experience EVER . Lakewood ranch location closes at 9pm and the website and google page says 10pm. They should probably change that . Honestly they have a hiring sign outside . I would fire all the lazy girls that are playing around because they make this location and the company look HORRIBLE . Im ashamed that I’m on a beefs page saying this right now . This ruined my...

to give one star is more than what they deserve! The waitress made us feel like we were inconveniencing her from the minute we sat down at the table. She never introduced herself and was in a rush the whole time even though there was barely anybody in the restaurant. I ordered chicken nachos and when they arrive the first time they were stone cold so I asked to speak with a manager who is also the bartender they offered to rewarm the nachos I said nobody is going to rewarm it the nachos I would like a fresh order. When they arrive the second time I started to eat them and found bacon in the nachos. when I call the waitress back to the table to show her she again gave an eye roll and acted like I was an inconvenience, the manager then since the kitchen manager to my table to explain how it could’ve happened. I said to them what if I had an allergy or my religion did not allow me to eat bacon and his words was it was next to that salad station he’s not making any excuses but that’s how it happened. I refuse to pay for the nachos and they gave me a 25% discount on my husbands meal. Because his tortillas were cold upon arrival after sitting at the table for 25 minutes. I can say that we wanted to give it a try because it’s close to our house but I would highly recommend that you never go to this establishment. Keep your money in your pocket or go to...

I see they only have 2 1/2 stars, and I can tell you why. We stopped going there cause the service was AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. We tried it again today and it was even Worse !!

I hope the owner sees these reviews. I'm sure they do so much business he doesn't know or maybe doesn't care.

We went in & the sign said "sit wherever you want". We sat at a high top table next to the bar. A waitress walked by us 3 times and never even said boo. On her 4th pass by us, we finally asked her if she was going to be our waitress?..... She said "I guess I could"

I ordered a steak & cheese sub..... The menu said it comes with peppers & onions... said I'd like lettuce, tomato & peppers, but No onions. She turned and asked my son what he wanted. After she took his order, I said to her again, did you get what I wanted on my sub? She didn't even remember. I reminded her I wanted lettuce, tomato & peppers... No onions. (I had actually told her 3 times)
