Where do I begin?? Paid a visit to this location February 16th at approximately 4:00 p.m. when it wasn't very busy We got seated very quick but that's where the good service ended Took over 10 minutes to get our drinks nothing specialty and lots of Empty Tables so it's not like they were extremely busy We finished those drinks before our food order was taken When the server finally came to the table to take our order we advised him there were three separate tickets When we placed our food order we requested refills which took a while to get I did place an order for an appetizer the fried pickles which I do give 5 stars The food took a while and when it came out it was mediocre warm and you can tell by the condition of the cheese on the burger it had been sitting for a few Our server asked if we needed anything we needed refills again and I requested onions for the burger After waiting a little bit longer I decided to eat the burger because it was getting cold and the cheese was getting even more oily and shiny While eating the burger it seemed as though it was cooked earlier and allowed to rest like it was a steak which caused it to become dry 2 of the people I was with did the $10 menu and added the cheesecake both of them had to ask several times for their cheesecake and when it was brought to the table it was brought in a to go container When it came time to receive our check it took a little while to get it and when it came to the table it was all mixed up We flip-flopped money around just to get it resolved amongst ourselves because of all the long Waits that we've had to deal with While waiting for our cards to be swiped there seemed to be an altercation where a large party came in and they were not allowed to put tables together as the party was leaving one of them had an altercation with one of the servers or someone like that when that customer left and was gone the server kept on ranting and causing a commotion and all sorts of drama behind the bar she was gone you should have moved on and focused on your work It took a good while of waiting for our credit cards to come back so we could sign and leave A meal that we should have been able to enjoy took approximately 1 and 1/2 hours from the time we got there to the time we were able to leave and the drama with confrontation should not have happened it was so petty and childish on both ends the customer and employee Someone in management needs to take charge put on their big boy pants and get this place situated because the party that I was with (all four of us) are not going back and at least six other people if it wasn't eight are not going to be going back after their ordeal and walking out Just remember Word of Mouth can either make or break so get it...

I have been spending my hard earned money at beefs for many years ; the food isn’t always on point but thats anywhere so I would never not come back over that ; I usually have a few drinks and a meal my average bill is on average $60 a visit. today I visit the colony location in the villages with my co workers on pay day ; unfortunately it’s my first week so I don’t have a pay check today and I didn’t have lunch money ; my co workers ordered sandwiches and soft drinks, totaling almost $40; I proceeded to eat my packed lunch ; the Server came and told me I can’t eat my outside food ; I explained the situation and the fact we ride golf carts and we were sitting in a booth in the back and couldn’t really be seen and that they bought food; she said no exceptions it’s on the door; this isn’t an issue at any other restaurants in the area and I wasn’t loitering; I will get my pay check next Friday and we Will eat lunch at another establishment; will they make exceptions for medical reasons or personal eating choice at a meeting or family gathering? the woman kept giving me dirty looks the rest of this visit as she walked by and standing behind the bar; little did she kno I had $3 towards the tip; I had no intentions of loitering; I just had a tight week ! Catherine C at colony beefs , I hope you never fall on hard times and that you don’t have to be humiliated in front of your new coworkers and a restaurant full of patrons ; I was just trying to eat my measly little packed lunch while my coworkers enjoyed their hard earned Friday lunch meal. And Furthermore their prime rib melt sandwich was terrible it tasted like cardboard with funky cheese on top and the ajus had no flavor; It was like brown water; the quality of the food was identical to the Catherine c’s personality. I will go to my local beefs on 42 from now on if I decide...

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this restaurant due to a very rude waitress. The place was busy, and we were patiently waiting in the entrance for a table to become available. When a table that could accommodate our group opened up, we asked the hostess if we could sit there. She explained that the waitress needed to clean it first. The hostess asked the waitress to clean our table, however, instead of cleaning the table, the waitress went off to clean another unused table and continued serving other guests, leaving us standing awkwardly in the crowded entrance.

When my son offered to clean the table, the hostess mentioned they’d had several similar requests but didn’t allow it. We then asked if we could sit and wait at the table since there was no space in the entrance. Reluctantly, we sat down, only for the waitress to approach us and rudely state that sitting wouldn’t make her clean the table any faster. Her tone and comment were incredibly disrespectful, assuming we were being impatient when we had been nothing but courteous during our wait. This was the most unprofessional and unpleasant behavior I’ve ever encountered from a server.

We left immediately and will not be returning. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone as long as this kind of behavior is tolerated. Good luck to the business with staff like this...
