Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Florida

Went here tonight with my boys and mom. I ordered a grilled buffalo chicken wrap with no lettuce or tomato with curly fries. I also ordered my family a order of fried pickle chips and got a cup of chicken and wild rice soup. My sons ordered a kids chicken strip basket with applesauce and the other one ordered boneless wings basket. My mother ordered a sample platter as her mean with well done onion rings. First the pickles come out, more than half the pickles were missing any kind of batter so you ended up with just grease soaked pickles. And we even got to play guess what this is cause they aren't all pickles...some were chicken chucks and maybe even mushrooms. 🤮. Soup was next and there was no flavor or "rice" even in the soup and it was less than even luke warm. They bring the kids food out next, nothing to really complain about there except cold fries but they were starving so ate them anyways...youngest one didnt get the applesauce he requested instead of his fries. Let's just go ahead and skip to my meal. I take a bite out of my curly fry only to bite into a still frozen french fry! The waitress was quick to get them replaced for me. I go to take a bite of my chicken wrap and it was ice old, so cold the cheese wasn't even partially melted. The MANAGER takes my food away and says he will prepare a new one for me...in the mean time my mom is just getting served her food. 15 minutes after everyone else already got their food. Again...her food was ice cold which seems to be a bit crazy being all her food was prepared in a fryer. Anyways, back to my chicken wrap that came out about 20 minutes later. Waitress sets my food down and says the manager cooked this himself so he knew it was correct and walks away. I look down at my food and yes, this time it was hot...however this time it has all the condiments that were asked to be omitted. Waitress comes over and she was already having a rough night as I heard a few other tables complaining about food not being right or being ice cold. So she asked if it was better and I said well while yes its hot this time its again not prepared accurate. The poor woman was so upset. She asks if I want it remade again and at this point my entire family was done eating so I just said I suppose but to go since my family is already done eating. 10 minutes go by and I am handed my to go order. Look inside the box and this time....its missing the fries and the chicken wrap was missing the cheese. At this point I was just ready to leave and not even deal with it any longer. I understand places get busy and mistakes happen but come on. And our poor waitress was such a trooper. Totally not her fault and she still received a generous tip. What did they do to make any of this right? Um $8 off...

We go in to eat tonight. Order our food around 6:15. By 6:40 and no food we asked the waitress to cancel our appetizer that didn’t show up so it wouldn’t be there at the same time as the food. She comes back 5 minutes later and said it was OK because the order never went through to the cooks. Ok. Guess this would be the whole order. We waited another 15 minutes and finally asked the waitress if she could check on the food. As she says yes, she throws her hands in the air, smacks them down on her thighs and rolls her here’s. She came back a few minutes later to say she’ll keep an eye out for the order and offered to get more water for my wife. She comes back again about 10 minutes later with the food. Double checked on needed things so my wife reminds her of the water. Again she throws her hands up and down and rolls her eyes. There was no broccoli for my wife and my burger didn’t have the toppings with them. So we asked for it when she bought the water and again with her hands up and down, rolling her eyes says ok. We waited for another 5-10 minutes and when she came back there was nothing for us. My father asked about the toppings for me and I interrupted and said don’t worry. I was halfway done with the burger and she was getting upset. She again throws her hands up and down and rolls her eyes. At this point, as I went to say something to her she started walking away. I followed to get her attention which I realized she was ignoring me so I yelled to her we are f-ing tired of your attitude. A few minutes later manager Nicole comes out to address the situation. She only worried about who cussed at her waitress. Trying to explain what happened didn’t matter. She was dead set on you all have to leave. Not once with the waitress throwing her hands around and rolling eyes did we say anything rude or in a wrong way. This was a real nice way to address...

All right let me start this off by saying. That the service there was absolutely terrible. Me and my girlfriend and the kiddo got there before nearly anybody was in there. And it took our waitress literally 20 minutes to come bring us two sweet teas and a kid coke. So then we order our food after we get our appetizers. The appetizer is really good actually it was the pulled pork nachos. So then I ordered the barbecue mac and cheese. Cuz it actually looks really good on the menu. My girl ordered chef salad. And the kiddo got some chicken tenders and fries. Now mind you my my meal was when I got my order it looked like it had enough food on their to feed are 6 year olds sitting at the table with us. I literally finished the bowl of barbecue mac and cheese in five nights. Needless to say I was not happy. Then we're sitting there for another 20 minutes. Waiting for a box the whole time she's come to the table twice and not asked if we would like a refill on our sweet teas. She finally asked us if we asked me if I'd like a refill. When she brought her to go box. News to say the best thing out of that hole hour-long experience was the nachos. I'm not going to be for Brady's in a while but I do not remember their quality or quantity of food being that tragic. I have no plans on going back. I can go spend $70. Add a different restaurant with better quality service and definitely better...
