Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Florida

Their traditional wings and boneless wings taste amazing. But watch out because they sneak in extra costs on dressings and celery! My family and I ordered the specials for Wednesday, which are: traditional wings each for .90 cents and the 6 boneless, you get 6 additional for free. It isn't a special if the waitress just asks what dressing you want, either ranch or blue cheese, and says it comes with celery, and then when you get the bill, it shows a charge for .99 cents for the dressing and .99 cents for each celery stick that is crazy. Nowhere on the menu did it say that celery or dressing was an extra cost, and the waitress didn't tell us that either that's a rip-off. That is literally just paying the normal price for the wings. We even asked the waitress about it thinking it was a mistake and she says nope that is what they do instead of apologizing for not telling us this ahead of time she never came back after us asking that so we just paid but we were very upset. Then my mom ordered French fries, and they were not even cooked all the way through, and it is $8 for a very small portion. Don't get a side of fries it is not worth it. I then, upon coming out of the restaurant, almost ate concrete as the rubber mat was stuck inside the door, and I tripped over it. They have tables outside under a tent, so the wait staff has to come in and out of the front door. I think bolted down mats should be there. Movable mats are unsafe, so I think they should rethink that choice. Overall, it was an ugh, so so experience and probably won't be back to...

This experience was one to remember, unfortunately for the wrong reasons. I entered with a group of six, and we were understanding of the service, as there was a reasonable amount of people who entered the building at the same time. What I was not understanding of was the fact that when I went to view my check, there was an included 18 percent gratuity tax included. I did not enter with a group that exceeded 12 people so I was obviously upset. We were calm and patient, even when we didn’t receive items that we asked our waitress for, people at our group were overlooked and had to call the waitress back for drink and food orders, and etc. We came into this restaurant with a set amount of money, and planned our meals around it, calculating how much they would cost and whatnot. My experience was greatly declined by the included gratuity of the check, as it was not asked for, it wasn’t 10 percent, as this is a common tip percent, but it was 18 percent! As I went to get a waitresses attention I notice some friends of mine attempting to do the same at another table nearby with their waiter. They were being treated in a manner that was unacceptable, as their waitress was interrupting them, rolling her eyes, and using a negative attitude towards them. This was unacceptable, and I paid my bill and left. My group and I were disgruntled to say the least and hope that Beef O Brady’s takes some steps to improve future experiences. Hoping that nobody receives the same experience, perhaps if we lowered our expectations....

DO BETTER BEEFS! Time 3:00 pm cst on 07-30-22: The ridiculous price of everything plus the bad service to boot? First off, we sat ourselves at our usual spot at the bar because no one greeted us (Not really a problem but that is where it all started) Then our bartender/waitress greeted us with a sour demeanor and served us will some of the weakest drinks I have ever purchased at a bar. After she finally took our order (Simple order for 2) We waited for 45 mins before we got our food! WHOEVER THEY HAVE AS THE COOK SHOULD BE RETRAINED OR FIRED! We received cold cheese sticks, Old nachos and my $20 meal was lacking 3 out of 8 shrimp (They put bits of shrimp on my plate which counted as 8?) I showed the waitress and she rudely said "Well I will see if I can get this fixed". She brought me back ONE shrimp 🤦‍♀️ We asked to just get a sweet tea and our ticket which was ignored. This makes the 3rd time of bad food and bad service! I love beef o Bradys but I will NOT be dining at the Marianna location any more until changes are made!
