KFC — Restaurant in Florida

We go here once in a while because we do like their chicken but we avoid the drive thru for a few reasons, they always seem to mess up our order's or the wait takes forever. My recent visit, (Oct. 29, 2017), I ordered just 1 chicken breast by itself. Well when I got home that 1 chicken breast that cost me $2.50 was the size of a lg. chicken nugget. I took a photo so everyone that reads this review can see it! So please check your order before you leave EVEN if you use the drive thru! I knew better but didn't this time due to being in a hurry and I got screwed. Update: 12/17 - I got the a side of mash potatoes amongst other thing's but again once I got home my mash potatoes tasted disgusting to the point I couldn't even eat them. I found out why when I went to throw them away the bottom of the Styrofoam cont. looked funny so I spooned out the remaining potatoes to see the Styrofoam was melted by way of they MICROWAVING them therefore I was tasting the Styrofoam in the...

So, you guys advertised your saucy nuggets, and they have failed miserably. It seems like this was rushed out too quickly after Wendy's announced. That it was no thought put into this. These are regular nuggets, and it seems as though someone at the last-minute squirts some sauce on it. Half done. The sauce was not cooked into it. Also, we went here a total of 3 times in passing to go home and every time we are told to move over to the side and wait. We wait and wait for our food. Then when we receive the food, it is horrible. Biscuits are always hard as a rock and fries are overdone; food is put together so sloppy. This is our last time with KFC it seems. Food as a whole has really gone downhill and this one store in particular is horribly mismanaged. What happened to the old KFC with the potato wedges and the Wings with the sauce cooked with it. I arrived at this KFC on 5/19/2019. I ordered two 4 piece tender meals. I asked for one to have a side of green beans and the other mac ' cheese. I was told to pull forward in the line and wait for the food. (I get it, prob needed to make the tenders). I get the food 15 min later. After leaving I find no napkins, utencils and discover that I do not have the sides I ordered, instead double mashed potatos. I go back through the drive thru and was told "I never heard you ask for mac 'n cheese". I responded that the receipt said mac n cheese and green beans. I was told to pull forward. I was greeted with annoyance and asking for the mashed potatos. (Even though I left the store 10 min prior, 50 bucks says someone else was served the potatos) Overall I will neved eat at this etablishments again. In no way is this an attack on KFC.
