Avoid like the plague! The staff is rude and incompetent. Do not come here. The owners treat the customers or the staff properly either .

Response to your slander : While it's nice to remembered your version is pure fiction. My son and I ordered and the experience was fine. Your staff member was very nice when I ordered and there was no telling at all. When it came time to pay she asked me if anyone else was to be included in my order. I told her my daughter was in line but hadn't ordered yet. Your employee told me that wasn't a problem as the the store was not busy at all. Your staff member walked over to my daughter who was in line and asked her what she had ordered. Your employee returned to me and I paid for my daughter's order, my sons and mine. My son and I then sat outside where the awful guitar player was playing. Several minutes later my daughter emerged in tears as YOU had accused her of trying to steal her ice cream. The employee who had taken payment for the ice cream was trying to tell you that I had paid and it wasn't until you took 5 minutes going through the iPad that you finally released my daughters ice cream. It's tremendously nice you reduced a 14 year old to tears, accusing her of attempted theft. It was not until then that you had the audacity to say to me "it's very complicated" to which I yelled , "no it's not, trust your clients when they say they have paid and your staff confirms it." After that several others approached me and said they had seen the entire episode and we're happy to support any claim I was going to file. As o said, you are rude and incompetent. Went to the dreamy cow with some family members it was pretty busy we were waiting in line talking watching everyone going on my daughter (who is 14) standing in front of me and was greeted by a younger worker With blonde hair who asked “what do you want” I was a little taken back by her tone but I let it play out. My daughter responded that she wanted a small cup of whip cream. The girl working behind the counter proceeds to get her coconut ice cream. When my daughter asked if she was scooping that for Her because she didn’t ask for that she started to violently scoop out the ice cream from the cup and slamming the fridge doors and throwing the spoon in the sink loud enough for the whole store to hear. I really couldn’t understand why she was so upset about the mistake she proceeded to roll her eyes and ask again “what do you want” The small cup of whip cream was repeated and at that point she was rolling her eyes and bluntly talking about the situation To her coworkers in front of our faces so at point me and my family walked out I couldn’t justify spending money at a place that would treat their...

We have been loyal customers of this place before the new ownership took place, and tonight we’ve decided we will NEVER step foot In here again.

For a small ice cream with two toppings they charged us close to $9.00! And not even for one of their “specialty” flavors. Which was basically what they were charging for the specialty flavors when they first started serving them. I can only imagine the insane price they would charge for the peanut butter and jelly flavor if they are charging $9 for a basic flavor.

For something they used to charge us around $4.00 they raised the price more than double that! Even the employees agree that this isn’t right. I hope this puts you guys out of business so an honest small business owner can take over and do the right thing by their loyal customers. What a horrible way to run your business, by taking advantage of the elderly and making them pay double because you know they won’t go anywhere else. Shame on you people.
