BEWARE - WORST YOGURT SHOP IN SOUTH FLORIDA. I really wanted to support a local business while visiting family in Boca. I went to get yogurt with my niece and sister in law. The owners were extremely rude the second we stepped in, never said hello. We’re dishonest about being out of chocolate/vanilla swirl soft serve. Then proceeded to still give us a swirl cone with only vanilla. When we asked if they could remake it with a different swirl. They got upset, then processed to charge us for an entire extra ice cream - when it was THEIR fault. It’s unsanitary as well. No gloves, handling cones with bare hands. Disgusting . Will absolutely be reporting to the BBB and local authorities to properly inspect...

I just made a purchase at this shop and am concerned with the safety protocols. We attemped to purchase a cone and the employee was not wearing any gloves. He picked up the cone with his exposed hands. When I told him I didn’t want it anymore, he asked me why. I mentioned to him I didn’t feel comfortable with him grabbing the cone without gloves. He looked confused, threw it away and said now what. During this pandemic, I would expect the employee to know the health concerns of their customers. Unfortunately, my time here was absolutely appalling. When I went to order my ice cream no one in the shop spoke proper English nor did my server know what the ice cream flavor I wanted. When he eventually served the soft serve, it started to fall over and picked up the ice cream with his bare hands and continued to put it back in the cup.
