Everytime my coworkers or I go to this Burger King for lunch our order is ALWAYS wrong!!! NEVER FAILS! Jose the manager always seems to be working and tells us to bring our receipt back next time and he replaces the order. Most of the time when he replaces the order it is correct however, there are still times it is STILL wrong even when being replaced. Example yesterday I went there for the girls at work and came back to realize my food was missing and some of the rest of the food was incorrect as well. I called and spoke with Jose AGAIN and he offered to replace it. Today my coworker went WITH the receipts to get the replaced food and AGAIN it was ALL WRONG!!! My crispy chicken was rung up WITHOUT cheese even though the last receipt said WITH cheese, a burger from the last receipt was not put on this receipt so that too was missing now as well as we did not even order fries yesterday and today got fries! I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS BURGER KING GETS OUR FOOD WRONG EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! I wish I was exaggerating but I am not! This is the ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!! I'm so tired of always having to call and complain. We have to clock out to go get out food and it is not ever even right. I told Jose one time I would not go back however I obviously have and have regretted every visit, however we work in a Dr.'s office near by so it is convenient and we enjoy Burger King, however this is completely unacceptable and WE WILL NOT go back there!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be sure to pass the word on too as well as my coworkers who feel the same way. Something needs to be done so the company can stop loosing money! Better management, better employees, and of course better and ACCURATE service!! (this experience was in December)
So today I went back to burger king to try to give the benefit of the doubt and since it had been about 2 months only for my order to be WRONG AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Again I ordered the SAME chicken sandwhich with cheese and it was rung up with cheese and yet got my sandwhich WITHOUT cheese!!!!!!!! When trying to call burger king it took 13 phone calls to get through and was told "the phone was in the office" so ONCE again we have to leave work for food that was WRONG AGAIN. When speaking to Jose the manager we told him we were the girls from the dermatology office and HE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED AND SAID "YES, YOUR ORDER IS WRONG EVERYTIME!" YES IT IS!!!!! If you donāt like dealing with customers get a work from home job and make sure it is non phone like mine :) I went through the drive through and the girl taking the orders right now was very rude. I gave her a code and she tells me thatās not going to go through she said that itās not letting her total it out I told her it is something from I redeemed with my points. She then said she had it and asked me if there was anything else I wanted I asked if they have ice cream idk what she was doing inside there or what she was paying attention too but apparently she didnāt hear me and told me I can go to the window I asked if they had ice cream again and she didnāt answer then after about 30 seconds she says hello I said yes I wasnāt done I asked if you had ice cream? She proceeds to argue with me and tell me she asked if I wanted something else and I said no Iām not going to argue with a little girl that gets paid about $14-15/hour. I told her never mind and she goes and says ok Byeeee!!! When employees do stupid things like this the company looses money and start loosing customers. I took my happy behind right to McDonalds down the road and kindly gave them my money. I think these workers need proper training instead of computer based modules that donāt show how they will treat and speak...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI worked there only four weeks and very very true what you guys have experienced nasty slow employees they touch their face with their gloves on they touch their ear buds with their gloves on because they have their wireless speakers in they have loud dirty music playing while business hours they have 3 managers working one shift and alll still can't make sure their stocked up on important things like tomatoes nuggets fries coke forks napkins cups whopper meat??? I was so embarrassed to work there I had to walk out of there in the middle of lunch Wouldn't suggest this place to a homeless man I would t suggest this place if it was the last place on earth its pretty bad ...they also save bugers that they messed up on in hopes to selling it "soon" I've witnessed this on a few different occasions...They are all straight from The ghetto and have no business calling they're self managers or a good staff.The district manager does nothing about it as well they all walk around like oh well ...Beware of what you consume from this...
