This was such an amazing experience today with Ronald I sat in the lobby, thinking I had to be checked in, but it gave me time to download and get logged in and check out some of your little videos on the screen. In the meantime, he comes out and greets me very happily, and takes care of me. He wanders me all through the place and shows me everything and made it so easy.. I have been involved with cannabis since the 70s but since all this with the fentynal, my friend that I always got my buds and what not from he passed away this summer when he made sure I bought a card because I lost my son in January of 2018. Because someone gave him some thing for pain and he suffer from PTSD from the military for many years and he died because it was laced with fentanyl so I’m an advocate for that and trying to keep people off of drugs that will get them in trouble especially when they’re getting stuff they don’t know what or where it came from. Anyway, I shared all of this with Ronald and he took care of me just like I was so special, I am impressed with the knowledge although it is a little much sometimes but he really spent time explaining and helping me understand what I needed and if this doesn’t work, he’ll tweak it and no one has ever spent the time with me that he did I am so impressed that’s all I can say he needs a big bonus. Ronald has been an absolute standout for me at MUV in Winter Springs. The positive energy he brings is unmatched, and I always find it hard to leave because he’s such a pleasure to talk to. Time and time again, he goes above and beyond to address all of my questions and needs. He keeps me informed about new products and promotions, and I can always count on his advice to be spot on. Jackson is awesome! He's always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I was so excited to see him join the Winter Springs location, which is my go-to MUV now! Ron and the team here are fantastic. I like this specific store because they tend to have more product and stock in comparative to the Colonial store.

When purchasing David also let me know that I did qualify for a free item which was awesome because I didn't catch that myself overall it was a wonderful experience there is definitely reason I choose this company versus every other cannabis dispensary locally.
