I had a horrible experience at this salon with a guy named Victor. At first, we didn't understand each other. So I was trying to explain to him how I wanted my nails. In he was get aggravated with me trying to explain to him. So he placed the first nail on, and I stated to him that I wanted them short. In he was like, what you mean short? Then I was like, whatever length you consider short, that's what I want. Reminder I only have 1 nail on. I told him, "Hey, even though we got off to a rough start, my birthday is today, and all I want is my nails done right." Because I get my nails done a lot, and it's the same process, but I can see him rushing and a little upset. So after he placed the nails on, he cut them and started filing, and all I asked was, "Are you going to check to make sure it's even before I wait til the end and there not. So he said to me to check and I said I don't like them. Then he said, "You can wait for someone else, because i dont wanna do your nails anymore. I said no, I can just leave and he said its up to you and i said i will just leave. So he took the nails off, and I left. Listen, I have a job, and I know customer service, but I can read body language, and he was aggravated. After I left his salon I went next door didn't have to wait because everyone was there and the service was great and I asked for the same nails and I didn't have any problems. Oh yeah I was also greeted by another man asked him the same questions and everything...

I gave this place a try today overall not very satisfied with the quality and service, I had an older woman do my nails she was very very rough. I mentioned to her that she was hurting me she laughed it off she also became unhappy when I told her I wanted a long length to my nails and told me she was not expecting to do any designs today. She told me to tell her if I didnt like anything but when I pointed out something that did not look right she proceeded to tell me its okay it looks fine. Over all it was an uncomfortable experience, the design that I wanted and also showed her was a photo of came directly from their business page. I dont think she knew how to do it, someone else had to come over and try to fix what she did. The design nail that I requested was supposed to be a clear see through nail; 1. Its very foggy dull and not shiny 2. They didnt cut my actual nail underneath so you can see it. I will add photos but as a new customer I wont be returning. I was there for 2 1/2 hours I didnt bother telling them to take my nails off because I had to go. Now im going to have to spend more money to find someone to re do them. I will upload...

THE WORST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE EVER. NEGATIVE -10000000 stars.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The night before my vacation, I called the OWNER himself to fix one broken nail. He gave me an appointment for the next morning. I show up, and proceed to sit there for TWO FULL HOURS. Not a single person acknowledged me, offered help, or even acted like they cared I was waiting.

When someone finally addressed me, they had the nerve to say they we’re too busy with other customers and beyond that they didn’t have the color — even though I brought the exact match with me. Then came the dirty looks and total lack of professionalism like I was somehow the problem for their lack of organization.

This place is beyond disorganized, rude, and careless. If you're even thinking of going — RUN, DON'T WALK in the opposite direction. Trust me, save your time, your money.

There are plenty of better salons that actually treat customers...
