The pharmacy staff here is absolutely horrible. My husband went here directly from the hospital for his hfm prescriptions. They told him he couldn't use his medically needy/share of cost insurance. So he called me to figure out how we were gonna pay and they berated him in front of other customers for being on the phone and not being prepared to make payment. It is absolutely disgusting the way they treat someone who is sick. The manager should be fired for the way she treats customers. We are not scummy lowlife people. Read moreIt took this CVS over 10 hours to fill 1 prescription and then was told to wait 30 more minutes at pick up. When I questioned it, another employee, Naushin, came to the window. She was dismissive and arrogant. After dealing with this terrible pharmacy for years, I felt I needed to speak with a mgr. I spoke with Bartinia who seemed perplexed as to why it wasn’t ready after 10 hours and she agreed to check into it. She came back a few minutes later with my prescription in hand. She told me the prescription was just sitting there on the counter. She asked Naushin about my order and according to your Manager Bartinia, she was holding my prescription forcing me to wait longer because she got mad when I expressed frustration. No foul language, name calling or personal attacks were used by me at any time. Read moreThis is the worst pharmacy counter experience I ever had. I was told the system was down and they couldn’t find my prescription which was already ready. I knew it was ready because I received a text indicating it was. The technician was incompetent. The system in place apparently requires for the computer prescription system to be functional in order to provide service and that is unacceptable. I was firm on my demand to get my prescription even more because it was ready, I had no copay to pay and I could sign for it without the need of the computer. The Pharmacist did not even bother to come and justify the mess and after a long wait somehow they found my prescription. I will never come to that pharmacy again even if I have to drive further away to pick it up. Stay away from this pharmacy. Healthcare services can not stop because a computer is not working.
