
Had a very disappointing experience and would encourage the owner and staff to rethink their policies.
Although i've popped in over the years and always been treated extremely well despite a horrid butchering many years ago by an unprofessional stylist, still I very much appreciated always being accommodated and started to take my teenage daughter there for her occasional special occasion hair color and haircuts.
What I don't appreciate is being quoted a price and then being charged WELL over double that amount. You can't say that a service starts at a certain price ($110) and then $265 later act like it's perfectly fine. My daughters hair was brassy and un-natural looking, especially for a 15-year-old...and I made it crystal clear when I booked the appointment that I was looking for a junior level stylist to accommodate my budget. The result looked far from $265 , to be honest. When we saw the results at home it looked far worse than in the wondrous lighting at the salon. I feel like the whole bayalage trend is a rip off and a money maker. And the results, I was told, was not balayage hair. It looked cheap.
That being said, since my daughter was in tears, as she had an event the next eve, the owner was decent enough to allow us to come in to have it fixed the very next day, ( they only applied a toner) although she would not budge on the price. My daughter was happy and I gave generous tips once again to the kind stylists who accommodated us and thanked them profusely. However, within a week, the toner faded, so we basically had to pay once again to fix it elsewhere.
Later , when I tried to book an appointment with Amy who I recently tried for a haircut and really found talented , they basically gave me an excuse and would not book the service. The young snotty brunette receptionist upfront was dismissive , and I have never been made to feel so small in my life by any place let alone a substandard strip mall hair salon. ( The place is clean and beautifully decorated. It's just that they lack talent and expertise. ;)
I shall never recommend your salon to anyone nor do I appreciate your overcharging us and then turning our future business away. You have much to learn about quality customer service. Good luck to you....
   Read moreI have been a client for around 2 years. The stylists are good however, the owner is not as far as I have seen/heard. She is unprofessional, rude and allows her employees to be harassed by clients. (I learned this from the stylist) A man is allowed to proposition staff is what was alleged by the person involved. They then moved the man to an another stylist instead of protecting her staff from a man asking for s. favors. I myself saw a client belittling another stylist. Any decent boss or human would ask those people to leave and not have their staff treated that way. Often certain staff in the salon will gossip as soon as the client can't hear, or they think the client can't hear. Being very kind to staff and tipping well is my practice. I believe in paying for quality and when someone does a good job. However, the last time I was there the stylist left me in the chair 15 mins. past processing time with dye on my scalp while she talked in the back.It wasn't blended at all so left a hard line instead of being blended. When I called to have the line fixed, Fran acted like a child saying "this is never happening again" and "this is upsetting the stylist" Just escalating a very small issue far beyond what it needed to be. It's a problem that occurred three separate times. I don't think it's unreasonable to finally say something. Ms. Fran would not be able to say I've ever been anything but kind and very generous. I never even spoke to the stylist about it so I'm not sure how she was upset. It's just kind of toxic there. I noticed more each time. My daughter was uncomfortable as well. Calling to correct a very basic mistake shouldn't turn into a gaslighting, tongue lashing that leaves a client in tears. This might be a great fit for some, but I wouldn't recommend this salon. It's a mid grade strip mall salon which is fine for everyday wear or touch ups but If you had an important event, I would definitely go somewhere else. With hair care, you get what you pay for. Because of the more serious issues there, I have taken other steps but I thought that potential customers should be aware. And as for any response, I spent plenty of money there and only asked for a return after the same problem happened three...

I am someone who has extremely thin/light eyebrows and Iâve always had to fill/draw them in. My appointment was originally scheduled for Microblading and then after my consult and seeing my results after the healing process I decided that I wanted to add shading at my follow-up appointment(which was 3 weeks later.) Both photos were taken right after leaving my appointments. I love both looks! The left-(Microblading)- my brows look light and natural. The right-(Microblading+shading)- my brows are chic and bold. I highly recommend anyone who is seeking to get new and improved brows to book a appointment with Erica because she is the best! She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. Although I didnât have a long series of questions, because I was nervous & excited, Erica wants to ensure that youâre comfortable, you have a clear understanding of the service youâre receiving, as well as aftercare-home instructions. She also provided me with a special cream to apply to my eyebrows as instructed(everyoneâs instruction are different), as well as splash-guard masks to protect/prevent my brows from getting wet when I shower. I learned that it is important to know what type of skin you have so that way the homecare process can be efficient because the healing process goes through phases but you have to trust the process and follow all instructions. Erica was available to answer my questions via text after I called and left her a voicemail! Youâre never left in the dark, or worse, feel like you have to resort to google to answer your questions(lol.) Overall Iâm extremely happy with my experience and the results Erica has given me! She has changed my life forever!...
