Everything was fantastic here unfortunately the fish and chips wasn't the type of fish and chips I was looking for but we tried it anyway even though our server told us how they were. We were told it was like a thinner style filet but did not expect the type of batter. The coleslaw here is not great it kind of tasted like just shredded cabbage and no sauce or flavor I guess, it just didn't have enough juiciness. But they do a killer french fry. We just came for a late night snack and the atmosphere was great and our server was fantastic. The fish and chips might be right for Floridians but we're used to a different style in the north. More a heavy battered and deep fried white fish rather than lightly breaded, did not catch the lightly breaded part in the menu unfortunately. Was still good fish and different so we'll keep the 5 star overall review. But that coleslaw needs A LOT of work. Oh and the server said "they're key lime pie was yellow in color the way it's supposed to be" so we did not order any because unfortunately we tried another key lime pie at Don Ford's that was yellow in color and it was not even close to great. The best key lime pie we have had was not yellow and from Billy's Stone Crab on the other side of Florida.

I am rating this 5 stars because the view is nice (on the water), the service is excellent, and the food is reliably good to above average. It's not real cheap but is extremely reasonably priced by Naples standards. Also there is a small parking lot. The place is nothing fancy but the inside is very cozy with a nautical theme - and there is a fairly spacious outdoor deck (with heaters when the weather is cool). We had fish sandwiches on our first visit and they were really good ($16-$18 each) - the fish was fresh and moist, and the flavor was good. On our second visit we got clam strips as an app - and then got a burger as well as fish & chips. Everything we aye was very good and the portions were plentiful. Everyone who works here is extremely friendly & attentive, and the food comes out quickly. They have full entrees as well if you want that. They also have an inside bar with about 10 seats. Each time we ate here the bill was around $85-$90 for two with tip - and we each probably had 2-3 beers along with casual food. Again a reasonable price when compared with most of the restaurants in the vicinity. Some people might call this place a bit of a dive...but we really love it and love the laid back & friendly atmosphere.

What a great place to dine after a day at the beach. The restaurant, with it's iconic lighthouse, has such a great outdoor seating area and the service was excellent. The waitress and staff were very attentive and our drinks were alway full. The food is also good and served fast and hot. If you get the New England Clam Chowder, it's served in a cup, what a cute novelty. This is casual dinning at it's best. We had finished dinner right before Sunset and as we were getting out, one of the staff asked if we wanted to get out photo taken in front of the restaurant with the lighthouse. We asked if we could leave the car in the parking lot so we could walk across the street to go to the beach and watch the Sunset. She said yes, since it's not the peak season and even directed us on how to access the beach. I would highly recommend this wonderful casual seafood restaurant. You may catch a beautiful rainbow and even see dolphins if you are lucky.

Recently I dined here with a group of friends. When we arrived we had a worker ask if any of us were 19 years old. Once we had told them we weren't, they informed us that we could not dine there. Then another worker took over and told us it was fine and they would let us. When we were seated we got asked what we would like to drink and three of us responded with "water" as our answer, our server took it upon herself to put us down for seven waters and walk away without acknowledging any of us. All of us decided not to make it a problem since we understood that it could have just been a rough day for her, but it continued to get worse. We didn't wait very long for our food so that is an upside, but as we were waiting there was a group of men (around our age, possibly a bit older) who came in and they were treated with a lot more respect and kindness than we were. Usually I wouldn't nitpick things like this but my experience was so far from enjoyable that I feel the need to. The food arrived and it was alright, I can't really complain too much about that. When It was time to pay we told our server that we would be splitting the bill. She looked annoyed and told us they were too busy and that we should, AND I QUOTE, "deal with it ourselves" and that we should "all be even" since we all ordered waters. Which to be fair, she ordered the waters for us..... Besides that, it looked as if everyone (inside and outside) had already had their orders taken and received their food. She had also told us to give her "7 cards", which mislead us and made us believe we couldn't pay in cash and caused a bit of a panic throughout the table. Once she came back she was a bit apologetic and told us she would split it for us. After this we were a lot more sympathetic and understanding. Until a part of the group was paying for their portion and had to pay with cash AND card. When they handed her the cash and were about to explain that they wanted to pay with that and finish off the leftover payment on their card, she got fussy and said "Im not a mind reader".... They were also very pushy and obviously DID NOT want us there! And to be honest, if I had known how average their food would be, or how horrible the service was... I wouldn't want to be there either. If they don't want anyone under 19 there then they should make it clear and post it. Marketing it as a family friendly restaurant is misleading and plainly untrue! I read in another review that they include a 20% gratuity for larger groups. Understandable, but I thought it was customary to inform the customers of this so that they wont tip and overpay.. Anyway! I regret going to eat at this place and wish we had just...

My husband and I took our 7 kids “ages 14 down to 2” to this restaurant thinking because of how it’s advertised as a family restaurant it would Be a nice experience for my family. Boy was I wrong, the kids menu alone is 9.50, it consisted of chicken strips, grilled cheese, hot dog, hamburger or fish and chips. Drink not included. The cheapest thing on the adult Menu was a starter of chicken strips for $11. But we were paying for the experience and I get that. We ordered water for everyone to help save some money and One of our children decided not to eat and just wanted his drink so only 8 of us actually ordered a meal. When we received our ticket it was $145. They had added a 20% gratuity because there was 9 Of us. Most of The time I wouldn’t have said anything but my husband and I work hard to provide a nice vacation for our family and never have we been charged additional gratuity due to our family size unless we have other families with us. In this case we did not. When I addressed it the waiter had an attitude and said well there are 9 people in a seat! My husband and I tip pretty decent but we also tip on service earned and the service was Awful and the food is overpriced. Definitely not family friendly as they advertised! Would not...
