I have put off this review for over a year because I was sure smoothie spot would change. When I first started coming here I was obsessed. The food was fresh, appropriate in quantity, and affordable. I loved getting the immunize detox shots and the best thing on their menu, the mango tango. As mentioned in other reviews, the workers are rude. They donāt look up when you enter, they donāt ask if you need help, they put In less than the bare minimum. I donāt speak Spanish but have always tried but itās still not good enough. But I looked past it for the mango tango. It was perfect every single time.
Over the last year I have stopped buying their food. I used to go multiple times per week for their burritos. Now, the food is sooo small in portion and the prices keep rising. Thereās a picture of a burrito from another review that is exactly how my last year has been when ordering burritos. The burrito is always half filled, folded poorly, and inedible as it turns into mush. Also you have to pay more for .. condiments.
Despite these issues I have continued to come back and have not posted a review because of how much I love their mango tango. The price has increased over time and I have receipts that show they charge different amounts at time. I called and was once told it depends on if you pay cash or card, but thereās no sign to say so. Recently, I went and she charged me ~$9 without knowing if I was paying cash or credit. I have paid $10 before and also $8. Iāve tried to recreate the smoothie but I canāt so I always come back. However, the last few times the smoothies are less in amount and I can always tell when something is missing. The consistency also changed each time.
This was my final straw. I got a mango tango and again it was not filled to the top. The consistency was watery (usually itās a little thick) and I could only taste the protein powder as the mango and pineapple was lacking. Iām disappointed. This used to be my favorite drink and Iād recommend to everyone. But itās not worth it anymore.
This establishment used be to deserving of 5 stars, but they know there will always be business so they donāt care. In a time of inflation, they have no value for peopleās money seen from the worsening quality, decreasing quantity, and hike in prices. I sadly have to find another...

Within a minute of my entering the store I was greeted by a nice girl who took the time to help me build the ideal wrap/smoothie combination. Actually everyone in the store seemed to be in a good mood (maybe its the overhead music) because everyone that I made eye contact with acknowledged my presence with a friendly hello or smile. That was unexpected and very welcomed.
If you come, come here hungry. Order a wrap/smoothie combo and get ready for war.
I ordered a MASSIVE spinach wrap, which had generous portions of spinach, cucumber, carrots, egg whites, tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, sour cream, avocado and both beef and chicken. I told the girl behind the counter that I would be impressed if she could close it. To my surprise she succeeded.
I grabbed the combo special which included a 24 ounce smoothie and a side of either chips or a banana. Needless to say that after eating my wrap (and barely being able to finish it) I had to take the smoothie and banana to go. I WAS STUFFED!
I will definitely be coming back here again for a great tasting, healthy meal that I know will leave me more than satisfied.

The first problem.. a new girl making the burrito barely put any meat. We asked for it to be made again and the so called āsupervisorā maybe if sheās even that came up to us to say thatās the amount of meat they use. Being a frequent customer you can tell the difference and that wasnāt the right amount all i saw on the burrito was rice. Guess what?!? They re made the burrito and now you can see meat. She didnāt even apologized I guess itās the way the owner trained her to be, rude af. Letās fast forward to 3 days later I brushed off my first bad experience and gave it a second chance. This place has a Groupon which I decided to buy, it states your choice of filling and ten toppings! The girl helping me super nice went to make sure, the manager screaming from one corner saying itās only 6 toppings I showed him and he said Groupon had it wrong that it wasnāt that way. You would think he would honor it because thatās why I bought it but nopeeee not even a damn apology for the misunderstanding. I have recommended this place to many people but I guess he donāt care about customers and providing good service. He seems to forget that word of mouth is a big marketing strategy and just like I have recommended the place to people I will share my horrible experience not once but twice at this place.
