Cerro Negro Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

I’ve been here before and I never had an issue with the food but rather the service. So the previous time I went I ordered a baby churrasco and it was really good. I just went last night and I was really craving churrasco for the past 3 days and unfortunately I still did not get to have it. I went to this restaurant thinking I would have the great same taste as my previous time but that’s not what happened. I ordered a regular churrasco well done. Well done does not mean BURNT. It just means the meat is brown on the inside fully cooked. They brought it to me medium rare. I know it’s not the servers fault but I asked her to kindly take it back and replace it with a baby churrasco. It did not look appealing. Mind you, I didn’t take a bite, I just cut it in half and from the cut I could see blood and redness. She said “baby churrasco is going to be the same piece of meat.” This “churrasco” wasn’t thin it was very thick and chewy looking and bulky. My dad just asked her to finish cooking it and to bring it back. Not only did she take a long time but she said “ aqui esta la carne” almost slamming it and walking away really quickly. I did not eat it. It came back burnt not well done. We quickly asked to give us containers and we just took the food home but unfortunately this is why we can’t go to restaurants that aren’t high end because they don’t care about the service or the quality of the food. Well done doesn’t mean burnt and baby churrasco should not be the same piece of meat as regular churrasco. The whole point of baby churrasco is less ounces and a thinner slice. I DON’T RECOMMEND to ANYONE this restaurant, this restaurant allows DOGS 🐕 which I have NOTHING against , but in a restaurant I don’t want to share my space with an ANIMAL since it can carry a disease 🦠 or a virus 🦠 , also, it charges you extra for using your DEBIT CARD which is like CASH 💵 and it CHARGE you , if you use your CREDIT CARD ALSO and they DoN’t have a SIGN 🪧 to let you know and the Waitresses don’t tell you that you will be charge EXTRA if you use your CARD 💳 or that ANIMALS are allow , which you FIRST can see signs 🪧 in a few business that still charge extra or tell you FIRST about using your card and that ANIMALS are allow. In Today world 🌎 almost all is CARDS 💳 and this OWNER KNOWS ALL ThAT IS HAPPENING AND DOESN’T CARE ABOUT ALL THIS or ANY CUSTOMER that have been to this restaurant , because you can see all the BAD REVIEWS and this OWNER hasn’t responded to any REVIEWS. I ask for mar y Tierra and the meat was a little hard but the rest of that plate good and my wife ask for Mondongo Soup and it was water it and not thick as is supposed to be. Well it had been awhile since I went there the first time had a bad experience back then was not going to back to the place but I figured after years to go again and maybe it will be different this time , well everything went well until they sat us down the first waitress was very nice the one who took our order did not even have a smile on her face very dried personality, I asked her as apertizers do you have yuca fries , her response was well only the one that comes with the food , it was rhe way she responded I was about to get up and leave but my brother let's hold on a bit anyway we ate the food it was good no complaints there now the other thing that bothered me was when came to charge us for the food I paid with the credit card since I did not select the tip option she was quick to point it out first of all its not an obligation to do so , the other was that we normally tip with cash and that's exactly what we did so that made me feel uncomfortable first the treatment at the beginning and then the problem with the tip and the attitude, needless to say that I will not be going there anymore or anyone...
