One of JJ Smoothy's employees, Kelsey, took my brother's private information off of his credit card and posted a response on their personal social media account. This response included explicit derogatory terms aimed at my brother. This employee was apparently reprimanded for their actions and given a second chance by the owner. This is a clear concise example of how employees are a representation of the company. If the owner is willing to allow employees to commit these risky actions then it is a direct reflection on the owner themselves. Using a customers personal information and sharing it on their social media account would lead to automatic removal from a well established company. JJ Smoothy's actions show that they do not believe in customer privacy. I highly recommend to future customers that are willing to take the risk to purchase smoothies with cash.

Your response clearly states that you gave the employee a second chance and that the employee was reprimanded accordingly. The implication that occurred with your employee is in fact a direct violation of customer privacy. Read moreBe careful with your personal information here!! The attendant, Kelsey, gave me and my girlfriend nothing but an attitude from the moment we entered until the moment we left. She genuinely acted as if we bothered her. I decided to give her some feedback about her lack of professionalism on the receipt and wrote, "be friendlier." Within a few minutes of leaving, I get a notification on Facebook that I was tagged on a message that read, "Next time u wanna be a d[#]ck to your server, don't pay with a credit card with ya name on it!!!. . . I don't play games." She also made another post calling me a "f[#]ck n[#]gga." I am very upset that someone so unprofessional would be allowed to handle my personal information. As long as this chick works at your establishment, you are losing my business, my girlfriend's, and anyone we tell on social media. And if she uses my personal information for anything else and I suffer any amount of damages, however small, I'm not only suing her, but also those responsible for employing this idiot.
