Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Florida

The store is super clean. They have many ice cream flavors and donuts that in others stores don’t have. I give one star because the owner should tell the employees to do better. The customer service was bad. Horrible! 3 girls at front 2 of them high as a kite they didn’t know they were at BR. I ask for a scoop of chocolate ice cream she charge me and left. I was waiting for 5 or more minutes and no line. Just me and my son. I noticed the girl left, where!?well IDK she was not in this world lol I have to call the other high girl to ask again for my Ice cream! There was another girl very nice doing the donuts and the guy In another world too. I can understand that you are a Marihuana user but to go to work like that when u don’t even know where you at...

This Baskin Robbins is AMAZING!!! I ABSOLUTELY appreciate Mrs. Connie for being so kind and making my birthday May 17, 2025 a memorable birthday by making me a gorgeous purse cake!! I don't know how she knew I would love it but I absolutely did. (Did past tense since I ate it all!! Mrs. Connie you are an ABSOLUTE ANGEL for what you did for me I couldn't have asked for a better gift then you making my cake for me and when you hand delivered it to me when I came to pick it up made my day because I got to meet you! Pulled up being it’s the only thing open for ice cream so me and my family come to the drive thru only menu available is the Dunkin doughnuts menu when i tell the person inside this she goes oh yeah the menu is down so i ask if we can come inside she said no and to pull up the menus on our phones 🤷🏽‍♂️ service is absolutely terrible waited until we got to the window to ask if we could pay in cash shit attitude mind you they weren’t busy at all was just us there also out of all the flavors we asked...
