128 Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Kissimmee

We have traditionally ordered from this Chinese restaurant in meadow woods for 10 years and they are getting worse and worse. We always order thru delivery and this time they forgot our egg rolls we paid for. They always gave us chicken fried rice instead of beef fried rice. This company is at fault for not following up and checking the bags and making sure quality reassurance was fulfilled however we know that. So when we tried to just get our egg rolls they said no….. nothing they can do the driver already left! Then they didn’t even want to give us a credit for the future! Customer service is TRASH! And we will Not order again that’s just tasteless and unprofessional on their behalf… they don’t want to make it right or fair we tipped and it was an 100 $$$ order this is the customer...

I don’t care what any of these reviews say there food tasted like Chinese Food. I’ve tasted other ones since I moved here around the area and honestly horrible but this one was the best one that tasted on point food didn’t even give me a stomachache or felt Loaded so if you want Chinese food that tastes like Chinese food and good Chinese food Please come here and get yourself a plate You also get a lot for your money I mean a lot enough for leftovers the next day or maybe later on in the day whatever y’all wanna do, but this is A1 The chicken wings were nice and crispy didn’t taste like old oil the vegetable rice again on point food taste like New York...

I am writing this review in hopes that this will help others. I am very concerned when ordering food online and when the food arrives to the desired location it was hot. However, you can tell the food must have been out for awhile. 2 Orange Chicken, 1 kung Pao, and Chicken wings. The orange chicken was ordered last Sunday after noon for dinner around 2PM to arrive before 330PM.
