I came into the restaurant around twenty til 12pm. There were 3 employees working; 1 in the drive thru window, the other 2 were on the line. There was one customer in the store eating and another gentleman had come in behind me. I stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes and NO ONE came over or even so much as greeted me despite all 3 employees making direct eye contact with me.
Finally, I called out "Hello?" and was ignored. I tried again, asking "Hello, is anyone working the front counter?" The girl in the drive thru turned around and held up her index finger indicating I should hold on a minute, but says nothing. She walks to the back and one of the girls from the line walks up to the front. She is dressed in a black button up shirt and black slacks, not the same uniform as the other two girls, so I assume she is the manager (none of the employees appear to wearing name tags). She said "I'm sorry, but you're going to have to wait. There is no one to take your order. There are only 3 of us here."
I said, "Yes, I see, but that does not excuse you not even acknowledging me standing here. Why is there not one of you in the drive thru, one at front counter, and one on the line? That makes no sense. If there aren't customers in the drive thru or at the counter you could then hop on the line and help." She then tells me that no one can take my order, but the girl in the drive thru, that I would have to wait. When I pointed out that the girl just kept taking customers in the drive thru and was not even alternating between the front counter and the drive thru, she again told me to wait. I told her once more that this was unacceptable, and I asked for a phone number that I could call and complain.
I was then told that she had no number she could provide me. I said, "No problem, I'll just get the number off my receipt." She then walked off and I turned to talk to the man standing in line behind me. The next thing I know, the girl in the black button up shirt returns to the front and says that since I am being rude to her employees that she is refusing service to me. I asked her how I was being rude and she would not answer. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. Not only will I be reaching out to Taco Bell corporate, I will NEVER go back to Taco Bell again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant!! Taco Bell definitely needs to do some staff training, especially for their...
Read more‼️ Warning ‼️ Do not come here when the night crew is working ( the young kids ) the guys working during the day there ok but when the young kids are working at night and they have there friends come and from what I saw was minors wearing no helmets 2 of them on a dirt bike drive up to the kitchen door and shake hands and hang out with the staff smoke who knows what , mean while there slaughtering orders the cook is no longer using beef at all zero instead making every order with excessive amounts of refried beans On everything from nachos to tacos and the worst part is there so young and have so much attitude your timid you might offend them by addressing the error and in retaliation they do something else to your food… This is the third time this has happened to me I haven’t said anything but at this point I’m tired of it preferably for me and the rest of the people who work for money and don’t have time to cook can we maybe just put a sign up in the window that’s says after dark the outcome of your order depends on what mood the staff is in because then I’ll know Otherwise now I have to call my bank and report this charge as i paid for something I did not receive nor did I have the time to argue about it I just bought food somewhere else. i hate calling my bank over ridiculous absolutely down right annoying avoidable errors but I will not be made a fool for my hard earned money I’ll have what I paid for or I want my money back highly recommend looking into what happens when the teenagers are working at night you might notice your sales increase after correcting horrible service and inappropriate display of a work environment and businesses a food establishment at that of all things
I ordered what’s supposed to be beef nachos but instead it’s beans just bean and A bit of cheese
I don’t mean to be that one guy but come on this establishment should be closed after six if this is our only option for staff give the public a chance our business runs yours or at least I think it...
Read moreThis Is The Closest Taco Bell To My House. This Location Has Gotten My Order Wrong a Handful Of Times. I Went There Last Night (Dec 5), Ordered The #8 (3 Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme), Along With Three Other Items And a Drink. I Waited In The Drive Thru For About 6 Mins. The Gentleman That Took My Order Was Pleasant And Apologized It Was Taking So Long. When He Mentioned My Wait To An Associate (Highschool Looking Girl), She Shrugged Her Shoulders. When I Received My Order Something Told Me To Check The Bag. When I Did, The 3 Doritos Locos Tacos Were Not Supreme. I Parked And Went Inside To Get My Order Corrected. A Man Was Standing At The Counter And Claimed He'd Been Waiting For 10 Mins And That No Had Even Looked His Way (Mind You He Was The Only Person Standing At The Counter Besides Myself). He Walked Out After Waiting Another 2 Mins Or So. I Stood There For Almost a Total Of About 3-4 Minutes Before The Same Guy That Was At The Window Came Up And Asked What Was Wrong. I Told Him The Tacos Were Not Supreme And He Made Me 3 New Tacos. The Entire Time He Was Making My Food, Which Apparently Wasnt His Job, (He Was Supposed To Be The Cashier I Guess During That Shift, I Heard Him Say), The 3 Other Employees, Including The Manager On Shift Were In The Back Giggling And Chatting. Not Happy At All With This Locations Customer Service. The Fact That I Waited About 6 Mins For My Order And It Be WRONG, Is Completely Unacceptable. I'd Fire Everyone On Shift During The Time I Was There Except For The One Guy That Was Actually Doing His Job. And I Only Gave This Review 2 Stars Because Of The One Associate, Otherwise It'd Be a...
