This is my third visit here but my first time to review.

The Heavenly Croissant is a place I wish I would have found a looooong time ago. The woman who originally started this restaurant passed away unfortunately before I had a chance to meet her. Others have stepped in to carry on her legacy.

You will be greeted as soon as you walk in very warm and friendly with some beautiful music in the background. You can tell the people who work here enjoy making you feel at home.

Bacon egg and cheese croissant I found to be very delicious. Always crispy bacon in a great combination and you can get it with white American or Cheddar.

Homemade potato and bacon soup I will tell you I am not a soup eater let the manager talk to me into trying it. I find this soup to be very delicious. They have one homemade soup most days. I want to try other soups they have as a result.

Homemade Almond cookie I have O type blood so I do not naturally crave sweets, however this cookie is delicious and will melt in your mouth.

Family owned and operated, Heavenly Croissant lists themselves as a bakery, and they are that, but they truly rock as a lunchtime sandwich shop at amazing prices. This puts the location in the esteemed rank of only a few really outstanding lunch restaurants in Fort Walton Beach. A top choice of locals on their lunch breaks, its only open for lunch, gets packed early and sells out often...so plan ahead.
