Ice Cream Laboratory 777 — Restaurant in Fort Walton Beach

This place was probably the best ice cream place I’ve been too. Their ice cream was amazing, the service was excellent, and the place was extremely cute.

This is a family run place with the mother working with her husband and children! I love to see a family owned place like this strive especially in a tourist area. My group came in around 8:40 which is about 20 minutes before closing time and we were greeted with open arms and loads of conversation which is awesome to see especially because most places are closing or wanting to leave soon. They have a plethora of cool different flavors as well as the basic flavors that everyone knows and loves! On top of that the serving sizes are huge! You are most definitely getting what you pay for, as well as they are extremely military friendly and provide a 10% discount as well as if you spin the wheel the discount will stack!

I couldn’t recommend this place any higher and has had some of the best customer service that I’ve seen at a restaurant within the 3 weeks of being in fort Walton eating out everyday. I will be recommending this place to other friends and family and hope to see this...

It was around 9:30 and I was craving some ice cream, so I looked at Google and this was the place I decided to go to. Most places were closing at around 10, so to save some time for the employees working, I called ahead. I spoke with someone who was incredibly nice and told me she would be open by then.

When I arrived I was the only person in the store, and I spoke with a lovely woman, who apparently had just opened her doors. She had a little kid who greeted me and prompted me to grab some of her business cards, and I thought he was absolutely adorable, so I couldn't say no.

The service was great, as she even told me my number was flagged as spam on her phone! I called my cell provider and apparently it was a problem and got it fixed!

The ice cream was fantastic, and relatively cheap! I got a cup of 3 healthy scoops for around 8$.

She even recognized me the next time I entered store with a few friends of mine.
