Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Florida

My wife and I love Chick-fil-A. I've never been disappointed with Chick-fil-A in all the years I've gone except today. My sandwich was cool to the touch and the french fries were cool and somewhat hard as if they were stale or left out for an hour. My wife and I were going to an appointment with a realtor, but we were starving and didn't have much time, so we knew we could trust Chick-fil-A. I try never to leave a negative review and I never tell anybody that I wouldn't go there. I simply tell people what happened and let them make their own decision. To be honest, I don't leave a lot of reviews to begin with, only if something was really terrible because I don't want somebody else to waste their hard-earned money. With four stars from everyone else, I'm assuming today was just a bad day. Maybe they cooked a lot of extra sandwiches and fries for the marching band that was there and just had some extra food left over they needed to get rid of; of course that's not an excuse. But when you spend over $20 for a cold meal, you don't really want to give them a second chance. Maybe we'll try againat a later date, but we were very disappointed. I passed by a manager on my way out and she didn't even say thank you for coming in, so I didn't even bother telling her how dissatisfied I was. I’ve been trying give the crew the benefit of this being a new business but the service doesn’t seem to be improving. I’ve had to sit at the windows for several minutes waiting on my food only to find out it was not fresh. The chicken was dry. I’ve also sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes after placing my order without moving. I can only assume it took them that long to make the order for the car at the window. Several of the cars in front of me received their orders while waited but was stuck there waiting also. Then today I was handed my food when I got to the window but had to wait several minutes for my tea. During the wait, I saw my tea get placed on the drink station while the staff stood around talking or walking by it but not bothering to hand it out. I will say that the staff is friendly, the service is just lacking.

Update: service still sucks! We waited in the drive thru line for over 20 mins, we placed a Mobil order so our order was in advance. When we finally got to the window we had to pull ahead and wait for it to be brought out to us, while people behind us got their food. We love Chick fil A but we will not be back to...

Went here for breakfast, this was the first time I've ever had Chick-fil-A for breakfast. Ordered a large coffee, turns out they don't have sizes for their coffee and it's just you get whatever they give you. (Nobody told us)

We asked for coffee with cream and sugar inside of it but received two-thirds of a cup of coffee and then random cream and sugar count on the side. Not what we asked for, nobody told us anything.

We ordered the little mini biscuit and chicken sandwiches, the biscuit dough was not cooked and it was soggy, which really didn't make any sense for the fact that it's supposed to be hot and crispy.

Honestly it was pretty much a disappointment and for the level at which I expect Chick-fil-A to be, this was pretty dissatisfying. I don't know if it's just an issue with their breakfast or if this particular location is lackluster. There was nobody walking the drive-thru as normal, slow processing. Really not the Chick-fil-A...
