Ellianos Coffee — Restaurant in Marianna

Drove up to the window, handwritten sign says “use next window”. We drive around and wait in line. The window we left opens again and they serve the next customer while we are still waiting in line! We finally get up to the window and order a medium coffee freezer with whipped cream. She hands me the freezer with no whipped cream. When I say it’s supposed to have whipped cream she says they don’t have any whipped cream, out of Co2. Really? I was there several months ago and they were out of whipped cream then as well. Paid full price for the drink. Service is awful and the employees stand around laughing and chatting. Don’t waste your money. We decided to stop by and grab a smoothie since it was hot outside. The girl at the window not sure what her name was but she was blonde headed. She asked what we wanted and I explained I wanted a strawberry smoothie with no topping. I told my husband to get her to scan my app. Of course she heard me tell him and her reply was Oh my god. She asked what he wanted and he said let me get that also. She said two strawberry something is that it. I said yes ma’am but one without and one with topping. Coffee isn’t the greatest especially not to charge someone 6$ for a glass that isn’t even hot then when the customer complains all they say is okay in a way like the customer is the one with a problem not them. Will not spend another penny here and I would advise everyone else not to spend thier money with a company that sells to a consumer and don’t care if they are happy and don’t care it’s not even warm. Crappy customer service. People around here must not know what a good glass of coffee taste like or care about just giving a company money that is offering subpar products.
