Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Florida

I am absolutely appalled at how rude and useless the staff were. I "was" a regular customer at this location, going several times per week, however after tonight I WILL NOT be going back.....EVER!!! I visited around 6:30 PM or so and ordered my usual order, 2 large reese's blizzards with extra reese's and I also order a large strawberry milkshake (which I usually do not order) after getting my order (which I did not check being I was driving and the fact that this Dairy Queen had never messed up my order before.) After arriving home ( a 20 minute drive) I put my ice cream in the freezer as per usual so that they would not be melted. Once I had changed my clothes and sat down to eat my ice cream, I realized that what had at first looked like reese's was certainly not. I was extremely upset to say the least, so I look at the second reese's that I ordered, and it too had these mushy chunks of trash in it. If I am spending fifteen dollars on ice cream my order should at least be correct. So I drive the twenty minutes back into town only to find that the staff did not want to help me, AT ALL. The only thing I wanted was for both of my ice creams to be made correctly but NO apparently that is too much to ask of these people, they told me that only one of the ice creams had those pieces in it, so obviously they thought I was lying, as if I do not know what's in my own ice cream, they would only remake one of them, so I basically just paid a whopping $15 for 2 ice creams when I could have bought a couple of gallons of ice cream from the store. Now the only question I have is what would happened if my mother had eaten one of those ice creams, she is allergic to gluten, you cannot even imagine how livid I would be if that would have occurred. As I said earlier I will not be going back to this Dairy Queen, they obviously do not know what customer service is, even for repeat customers such as myself, but I wanted this company to know just how TERRIBLE this franchise is, and I plan to inform everyone I know of how...

I was truly ashamed by the attitude and behavior of the storage supervisor or manager. I had an order change and special orders for my 3 kids. They were not busy for lunch time. As soon as we pulled away all 3 special orders were wrong and my daughter decided she wanted a shake instead of cone. So I pulled around ordered the shake and when I got to the window I had the 3 incorrect orders in my hands. The manager rushed to the window and said we cant take those back. I said ok so how do we fix this, we will just make them correctly if you will pull up...but didnt ask what was done incorrectly. So I repeated my order and she demanded I pull up. I asked if I could pay for my shake? She stormed off and the cashier apologized for her behavior and the incorrect orders. She asked me to stay while they brought over correct orders. We won't be back. Wrong orders and unpleasant food. No wonder they...

The employees were very nice and courteous. However, the food left a lot to be desired. I had a chili cheese dog, onion rings, and drink. The Weiner was nuked too long so it was tough and chewy - too chewy. The chili tasted like the can chili that can be bought at the local grocery store; definitely not what Dairy Queen chili had always tasted. The onion rings were also reheated on the microwave. Not great. While waiting on my take out order other people came in to order food. Unfortunately for them, their selection of items to choose from was slim because they were out of French fries, cheese, and some of the ice cream flavors or toppings. As I mentioned above, the employees were very nice, especially the cashier, and the restaurant was clean. I definitely will not...
