Service and attentiveness is amazing! The teamwork absolutely shows and everybody helps everybody so that no guest is left needing anything. Drinks are always full unless you chug them (lol like me and even so if a server, any server, sees it empty they automatically refill it for me). Servers are super friendly, I personally love Heather, she is so kind and so personable! I promise I'll be at Chili's at least seven times this week due to my work schedule (homemade meals can't be done) 💜 10/10 recommend you go. New staff and new deals/food. Thursdays you get their signature presidente margarita for only five dollars! Every month they have a new five dollar margarita of the month and I love trying them. Some I love enough to have five and only one time I wasn't find of it. Others seemed to love it thohgh! Their 3 for 10 dollar deal includes something new every so often and this time it's their shrimp fajita which is to die for. Unlimited tortillas and guac, Pico, salsa, shredded cheese and sour cream on the side to make it customized at your table. If you need extra just ask! The month(s) prior they had the 3 for ten deal with their 6 ounce sirloin! It was delicious! You get a fountain drink/tea/lemonade, a salad or soup (or chili for a dollar extra) and an entree for only ten dollars! If you're with someone else I recommend the 2 for $25 deal. You get an appetizer, two entrees and a hot, gooey fresh skillet cookie with icecream and chocolate sauce on top OR a decent seized (and delicious) piece of cheesecake with strawberry puree to share all for only $25! If you're a Chili's member you get free unlimited homemade tortilla chips and homemade salsa EVERY VISIT! It costs nothing to join and by joining you get percs like free appetizers, queso or desserts. If you're a member and you come with 30 people they'll give you ten big baskets of chips and salsa and keep refilling as needed. Management is awesome and clearly knows what they're doing. They care about the guests and their experience. I've witnessed the general manager sweeping, clearing off tables empty dishes, interacting with guests and making the guest experience the best they possibly can. So for the price and the amazing service from the to go, the hostess, the QA, management and especially the servers it's incredibly worth it. If you have had a bad experience in the past I definitely recommend trying them out again and kindly giving them a chance. Those servers work their butts off and when you're unhappy they're also unhappy and will make sure everything is resolved ASAP so you are satisfied! 🥰 Love my port...

A waitress took a bite out a of lemon, that I didn't order, by the way, and dropped it in with my iced tea!
I addressed her on it after hearing her, and looking onto the kitchen, seeing her snicker, laughing!
I called her over and asked her and she ADMITTED taking a bite of the lemon because she was "upset" that we were there at the end of the night!
She couldn't care any less that she violated the law, put me at risk of her diseases, and put the establishment on notice.
She was "slow~to no" service all night and she did this she stated, because I had asked her why it took 45 minutes to get the accompanying broccoli after my dinner was served.
The female manager was spineless, and didn't take charge, just moments before initiating cat calls in the kitchen to "wake up" her lazy staff! She "wanted to be accepted as one of the "girls," "who were half her age!
I demanded the name and phone contact of the upper management. I thought I'd at least receive someone with a conscience.
Boy, was I wrong!
On the way out of the parking lot, another girl took a photo of my vehicle tag, when i paused at the parking exit on the way out. She didn't realize a friend was in a separate car behind me and saw her act overtly.
I took it up to the regional manager who was rude, obnoxious and called me a liar despite having names and photos of the perpetrators involved!
This place has zero respect for customers, health, authorities, or any laws.
He refused to be accountable regarding his employees' twisted actions!
Additionally, I told him if I, my property or auto are approached or damaged, it's coming back to this establishment!
This review is a recourse I'm utilizing to warn my community of the DISGUSTING ATTITUDES & BEHAVIORS, & VIOLATIONS of the general LAW;
of the GUIDELINES and laws of PROFESSIONALISM;
of the state laws of DEPT of HEALTH;
and the JEOPARDOUS HAZARDS that await any diners to this establishent:

Read moreFirst, about the picture... That's an "Alex's Santa Fe" burger, and I got it with loaded potatoes. The potatoes would usually be more filled & have toppings, uh. I was hungry before I remembered, "Oh yeah, Google review." First time I've ever had Chili's; honestly, I thought it would be like a typical Italian type beat. But no, it's incredibly American. Pretty good atmosphere; I missed a pic, but they had these jar lights that were neat. The servers were nice and considerate and checked in often. I noticed another review mentioning a mess, but I didn't notice anything noteworthy; and I've done janitorial work, messes bug the hell out of me. Food. As you might gather, my breadth of experience is limited purely to this one meal. However, it all seemed good. The loaded potatoes? There were little bits of potato skin in it, which made me happy; so many places use instant potatoes - which isn't bad, mind - but genuine potato is of a higher quality in my opinion. The Santa Fe burger was pretty spicy: jalapeños, avocado slices, pepperjack cheese. That or I'm just too white. But it had a nice "chasing" aftertaste. The first bite is spicy, but the more you eat it, the more that spice lingers and grows. I'll also mention that as part of the ambiance, how well and easy the music blended into the background. Was it vaguely pop-ish? It's very easy to ignore, so I'm not entirely certain. I merely make note of it because I've eaten at places where the music is rather intrusive and counters the mood. I'm from the Midwest, so I'm used to places blasting country... And I don't entirely hate country, but I really don't need Toby Keith hootin' and hooin' about how he should've been a cowboy while I'm trying to relax with some food. Music for ambiance is good. It introduces energy and life to a place; it just becomes awful if it sticks out too much, which is the only reason I make a point to mention it. However, yes. In general, I am very pleased with...
